Claims (23)
- 줄 발열을 발생하는 히터에 산화촉매 분말과 절연 분말로 이루어지는 감응부를 고착한 가스 검지 소자를 케이스에 수용한 접촉 연소식 가스센서에 있어서,상기 감응부가 상기 산화촉매를 30중량% 이상 함유하며,상기 산화촉매의 농도는 상기 감응부의 표면측이 상기 감응부의 이면측에 비해 더 높은 것을 특징으로 하는 접촉 연소식 가스센서.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 감응부가 상기 산화촉매 분말과 상기 절연 분말을 용액에서 혼련한 것을 고착시켜서 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 접촉 연소식 가스센서.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 감응부가 상기 절연 분말의 슬러리를 고착시켜서 고형물을 형성하고, 상기 절연 분말의 고형물에 상기 산화촉매 분말의 슬러리를 고착시켜서 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 접촉 연소식 가스센서.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 산화촉매가 Pt, Pd, PtO, PdO로부터 선택된 1종, 또는 복수종에 의해 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 접촉 연소식 가스센서.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 실리콘 증기에 의해 감도저하를 수속시키는 에이징 처리가 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 접촉 연소식 가스센서.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 에이징 처리가 가스 검지 소자를 구성하는 히터에 통전하여 발열시킴으로써 행해지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 접촉 연소식 가스센서.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 실리콘 증기의 농도가 측정에 사용되는 환경에서의 실리콘의 농도보다 높게 설정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 접촉 연소식 가스센서.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 에이징 처리가 상기 가스 검지 소자의 동작 온도보다도 높은 온도로 설정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 접촉 연소식 가스센서.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 고분자형 연료전지의 캐소드측 가스 출구 통로에 배치되어 실리콘 증기와 수소를 포함하는 환경중의 수소를 검출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 접촉 연소식 가스센서.
