Claims (14)
- 하기 요건 [1], [2] 및 [3]을 동시에 만족하는 1종 또는 2종 이상의 에틸렌계 중합체를 합계로 99중량% 이상 포함하고, 또한 하기 요건 [a], [b], [c] 및 [d]를 동시에 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중공 성형체용 에틸렌계 수지 조성물.[1] 상기 에틸렌계 중합체가, 에틸렌 단독중합체를 전체량의 50~75중량% 제조하는 공정 및 에틸렌과 α-올레핀의 공중합체를 전체량의 25~50중량% 제조하는 공정에 의해 조제되는 것.[2] 135℃, 데칼린 중에서 측정한 상기 에틸렌 단독중합체의 극한 점도 [η]가 1.01~1.8dl/g인 것.[3] 135℃, 데칼린 중에서 측정한 상기 에틸렌과 α-올레핀의 공중합체의 극한 점도 [η]가 6.5~15dl/g인 것.[a] 온도 190℃, 하중 21.6kg하에서의 용융 유량(MFR)이 1.0~15g/10분의 범위에 있는 것.[b] 밀도가 955~970kg/㎥의 범위에 있는 것.[c] 13C-NMR로 측정한 메틸 분기가 탄소 원자 1,000개당 0.1개 미만인 것.[d] JIS K7160에 준거하여 측정된 -40℃에서의 인장 충격 강도가 270kJ/㎡ 이상인 것.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,하기 요건 [e]를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중공 성형체용 에틸렌계 수지 조성물.[e] JIS K7171에 준거하여 측정된 굴곡 탄성률이 1,100~1,700MPa의 범위에 있는 것.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,하기 요건 [f]를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중공 성형체용 에틸렌계 수지 조성물.[f] JIS K6774에 준거하여 측정된 풀 노치 인장 피로 시험(FNFT; 시험 온도 80℃, 시험 속도 0.5㎐)에 있어서, 파괴에 이르는 횟수가 10,000회일 때의 실응력이 5~12MPa의 범위에 있고, 파괴에 이르는 횟수가 100,000회일 때의 실응력이 4~8MPa의 범위에 있는 것.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,하기 요건 [g]를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중공 성형체용 에틸렌계 수지 조성물.[g] JIS K7115에 준거하여 측정된 인장 크리프 시험(시험 온도 80℃)에 있어서, 시험 응력이 6MPa일 때, 100시간 경과 후의 크리프 변형이 10% 이하이다.

- 제 9 항에 기재된 중공 성형체로 구성되는 연료 탱크.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 중공 성형체용 에틸렌계 수지 조성물로 이루어지는 폴리에틸렌층(I), 배리어층(II), 재생층(III) 및 접착층(IV)으로 이루어지는 적층 구조를 포함하는 중공 성형체로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 탱크.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,폴리에틸렌층(I)과 배리어층(II)이 접착층(IV)을 사이에 두고 적층되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 탱크.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,배리어층(II)이 에틸렌-바이닐알코올 공중합체를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 탱크.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,배리어층(II)이 에틸렌-바이닐알코올 공중합체를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 탱크.
