Claims (9)
- 폴리프로필렌계 수지를 주체로 하여 연신되어 이루어지고, 흐림 방지제를 갖는 기층의 하나 이상의 면에 폴리올레핀계 수지를 주체로 하는 밀봉층이 형성된 적층체로 이루어지고, 제품 취득폭이 500 ㎜ 이상인 필름이며, 상기 필름의 폭방향 두께 변동률 Y(%)와 필름의 제품 취득폭 X(㎜)의 관계가 하기 수학식을 만족시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 신선 식품 포장용 폴리올레핀계 적층 이축 연신 필름.<수학식 1>Y≤0.001X+4

- 제1항에 기재된 폴리올레핀계 적층 이축 연신 필름을 이용하여 이루어지며, 밀봉층에는 기층으로부터 이행된 흐림 방지제를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 신선 식품용 포장체.
- 스웰비가 1.42 이하인 결정성 폴리프로필렌을 주체로 하는 기층 형성용 수지와 상기 수지의 스웰비보다 작고, 1.10 내지 1.40의 범위인 스웰비의 폴리올레핀을 주체로 하는 밀봉층 형성용 수지를 각각 다른 압출기로부터 가열 용융시켜 T형 다이스 내에서 상기 기층 형성용 수지와 밀봉층 형성용 수지를 적층한 후, 슬릿상의 T형 다이스 출구로부터 필름형으로 용융 압출하고, 상기 용융 압출된 필름형 수지를 칠롤 상에 낙하시키면서, 상기 필름형 수지에 대하여 상기 칠롤에 접촉하는 면과는 반대측 면에서 에어 나이프에 의해 풍압 700 내지 2200 ㎜H2O의 바람에 노출시킴으로써 냉각 고화시켜 미연신 필름을 제조하면서, 동시에 미연신 필름과 칠롤을 밀착시킨 후, 이어서, 상기 미연신 필름을 90 내지 140 ℃의 온도로 가열하여 길이 방향으로 3 내지 7배 연신한 후 냉각하고, 이어서, 텐터식 연신기로 유도하여 100 내지 175 ℃의 온도로 가열하고, 폭 방향으로 8 내지 12배로 연신한 후, 80 내지 168 ℃의 온도에서 열 처리하여 폭 방향으로 2 내지 15 % 완화 처리하고, 냉각한 후 권취하는 것을 특징으로 하는 신선 식품 포장용 폴리올레핀계 적층 이축 연신 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제품 취득폭이 500 ㎜ 이상인 제1항에 기재된 폴리올레핀계 적층 이축 연신 필름을 길이 2000 m 이상 권취한 신선 식품 포장용 폴리올레핀계 적층 필름 롤.
- 제6항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀계 필름은 필름의 길이 방향으로 필름 물성이 안정된 정상 영역에 있어서의 필름으로부터 유동 방향 20000 ㎜, 폭 방향 40 ㎜의 시험편을 잘라내어 유동 방향 20000 ㎜에 걸쳐 연속적으로 필름 두께를 측정했을 때, 상기 필름의 두께 변동률 Z(%)가 3% 이상, 15% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 신선 식품 포장용 폴리올레핀계 적층 필름 롤.
- 제품 취득폭이 5500 ㎜ 이상인 제1항에 기재된 폴리올레핀계 적층 이축 연신 필름을 길이 2000 m 이상 권취한 신선 식품 포장용 폴리올레핀계 적층 필름 롤.
- 제8항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀계 필름은 필름의 길이 방향으로 필름 물성이 안정된 정상 영역에 있어서의 필름으로부터 유동 방향 20000 ㎜, 폭 방향 40 ㎜의 시험편을 잘라내어 유동 방향 20000 ㎜에 걸쳐 연속적으로 필름 두께를 측정했을 때, 상기 필름의 두께 변동률 Z(%)가 3% 이상, 15% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 신선 식품 포장용 폴리올레핀계 적층 필름 롤.
