- 폴리이미드로 제조된 도관으로서, 도관의 내부 표면에 콜라겐 및 신경성장인자 (NGF)가 건조 코팅된 신경도관.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 신경도관이 100 mm2의 도관 크기 당 1 내지 1000개의 공극을 가지며, 상기 공극은 1 내지 500 μm의 직경을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 신경도관.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 콜라겐이 100 mm2의 도관 크기 당 0.1 내지 1000 ng의 양으로 코팅되는 것을 특징으로 하는 신경도관.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 신경성장인자가 100 mm2의 도관 크기 당 10 내지 1000 ng의 양으로 코팅되는 것을 특징으로 하는 신경도관.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 신경도관이 콜라겐 및 신경성장인자가 순서대로 코팅된 것을 특징으로 하는 신경도관.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 신경도관이 전기자극장치를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 신경도관.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 신경도관이 그의 사용전에 세포와 함께 배양되는 것을 특징으로 하는 신경도관.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 세포가 PC12 신경세포인 것을 특징으로 하는 신경도관.
