Claims (7)
- 용기를 이동시키면서, 그 용기에 유지된 액체의 광학적 특성을 파장이 상이한 복수의 광에 의해 측정하는 자동 분석 장치에서 사용하는 측광 장치로서,상기 용기의 이동 방향과 동일한 중심을 갖는 원형으로 배열되며, 상기 용기의 이동 방향에 수직인 방향으로 상이한 파장의 광을 각각 방출하는 복수의 광원과,상기 용기를 통하여 상기 복수의 광원과 대향 배치되고, 상기 복수의 광원으로부터 출사되는 파장이 상이한 복수의 광을 수광하는 수광 소자를 갖고, 상기 복수의 광원은, 상기 용기의 이동 방향을 따른 배열 길이가 상기 용기의 배열 피치보다도 짧게 설정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 측광 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 수광 소자는, 상기 복수의 광원과 동일수 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 측광 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 복수의 광원은, 상기 광학적 특성의 측정에 사용되는 측정 항목마다 정해진 광원의 조(組)간에 측정에 사용되지 않는 광원이 적어도 1개 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 측광 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 수광 소자는, 상기 복수의 광원의 수보다도 적은 것을 특징으로 하는 측광 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 복수의 광원으로부터 출사된 광이 동일한 수광 소자에 입사하는 경우, 상기 복수의 광원은, 상기 동일한 수광 소자와의 사이를 1개의 용기가 통과하는 시간 내에 상기 파장이 상이한 복수의 광에 의한 상기 광학적 특성의 측정이 종료되도록, 시분할로 점등되는 것을 특징으로 하는 측광 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 복수의 광원은, 반도체 광원인 것을 특징으로 하는 측광 장치.
- 용기를 이동시키면서, 그 용기에 유지된 액체의 광학적 특성을 파장이 상이한 복수의 광에 의해 측정하는 자동 분석 장치로서,제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항의 측광 장치를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 분석 장치.
