Description
Claims (14)
- 미숙한 수지상 세포를 제공하는 단계; 및미숙한 수지상 세포에 마이코박테리움 아비움 종 파라투버클로시스(Mycobacterium avium subspecies paratuberclosis)의 FAP (Fibronectin Attachment Protein)를 접촉시켜 성숙한 수지상 세포 집단을 형성시키는 단계를 포함하는, Th 1형 면역 반응을 일으키는 성숙한 수지상 세포 집단을 생성하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,단구성 수지상 세포 전구체를 분리하는 단계; 및분화제의 존재하에 전구체를 배양하여 미숙한 수지상 세포를 형성하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,분화제가 GM-CSF, 인터루킨 4, 또는 GM-CSF와 인터루킨 4의 배합물인 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서상기 성숙 수지상 세포는 CD80, CD86, MHC-클래스 I, II 에 대하여 양성의 면역학적 특성을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 FAP의 처리 농도는 1 ~ 200 ug/ml 인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 성숙한 수지상 세포 집단은 IL-10 에 비해 IL-12 를 보다 많이 생성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 삭제
- 미숙한 수지상 세포를 제공하는 단계;미숙한 수지상 세포를 마이코박테리움 아비움 종 파라투버클로시스(Mycobacterium avium subspecies paratuberclosis)의 FAP (Fibronectin Attachment Protein)와 접촉시켜 성숙한 수지상 세포를 형성하는 단계; 및상기 성숙한 수지상 세포를 나이브 T 세포와 접촉시켜 IFNγ를 생성시키는 활성화된 T 세포를 형성하는 단계를 포함하는, T 세포를 생성시키는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,단구성 수지상 세포 전구체를 분리하는 단계; 및분화제의 존재하에 전구체를 배양하여 미숙한 수지상 세포를 형성시키는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서,분화제가 GM-CSF, 인터루킨 4, 또는 GM-CSF와 인터루킨 4의 배합물인 방법.
- 제 8항에 있어서상기 성숙 수지상 세포는 CD80, CD86, MHC-클래스 I, II 에 대하여 양성의 면역학적 특성을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
