Claims (2)
- 중량%로, C: 0.15% 이하(0%는 제외), Si: 1.0% 이하(0%는 제외), Mn: 2.0% 이하(0%는 제외), Cu: 0.2~1.0%, Ni: 0.2~5.0%, Al: 0.001~0.1%, P: 0.03% 이하(0%는 제외), S: 0.002~0.03%, Ca: 0.001~0.01%, 나머지 Fe 및 기타 불가피한 불순물로 조성되고, 상기 성분중에서 Ca, S, Al, Si이 하기 관계식1,[관계식1]Ca(%)/S(%) > [1.5Al(%)+2Si(%)]을 만족하며, 강중 Ca계 비금속개재물중 수용성 CaS 개재물의 분율이 30% 이상인 해변 내후성이 우수한 강재를, 오스테나이트 미재결정영역 이하에서의 누적압하율이 30% 이상 되도록 열간압연한 후 냉각하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인성이 우수한 고강도 해변용 내후성강의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 강재는 Ti: 0.005~0.1%, Mo: 0.01~1.0% 및 W: 0.01~1.0%으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 1종 이상을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 해변용 내후성강의 제조방법.
