Claims (11)
- 증발식 해수 담수화 장치에 있어서,상변화 매체가 유동되는 유동라인(10)과;상기 유동라인(10)과 연결되는 전열관(11)이 내설되는 축열조(30)와;상기 유동라인(10)과 연결되는 증발관(12)이 내설되며, 고온 기체상태의 상변화 매체를 액체상태로 상변화시키되, 상변화시의 잠열을 사용하여 내부의 해수를 증발시킴으로써 담수를 만드는 담수부(40);를 포함하여 구성되며,상기 축열조(30)는 열원을 통해 가열시킨 고온수가 저장되며, 액체상태의 상변화 매체가 고온수와의 열교환을 통해 기화되도록 하고, 태양열 집열기(31)를 이용하여 태양열을 열원으로 사용하며,상기 담수부(40)는 해수가 저장되어 있는 저장조(42)에 상기 증발관(12)을 내설하여, 상기 해수가 상변화 매체의 열을 통해 가열되도록 하는 증발기(41)와, 상기 증발기(41)에서 발생된 수증기를 응축시켜 담수를 만드는 응축기(43)와, 상기 담수를 저장하는 담수 저장부(46)로 이루어지고,상기 상변화 매체는 R123(Dichlorotrifluoroethane), 아세톤(Acetone), 에탄올(Ethanol), 메탄올(Methanol) 중 어느 하나가 사용되고, 고온기체 상태에서 발산되는 열과, 해수와의 열교환으로 인해 기체상태에서 액체상태로 상변화하면서 발산되는 잠열을 통해 해수를 가열하며,상기 담수부(40)는 이젝터(60)를 더 구비하여, 상기 응축기(43)에서 냉각수로 사용된 해수 및 증발기(41) 내에서 식어 해수가 된 수증기를 외부로 배출하고, 상기 담수부(40) 내부를 진공상태로 만들고,상기 담수부(40)는 상기 증발기(41)와 응축기(43) 사이에 세퍼레이터(50)를 구비하여, 상기 담수부(40) 내부를 진공상태로 만들기 위해 상기 이젝터(60)가 작동되는 경우, 상기 증발기(41) 내 물방울이 이젝터(60)로 흡입되지 않도록 하며,상기 응축기(43)는 수증기를 응축시키기 위해 냉각수로 사용된 해수의 일부를, 상기 증발기(41)의 저장조(42)에 공급하고,상기 유동라인(10)에는 상기 담수부(40) 내 해수를 증발시키고 액체화된 상변화 매체가 저장되는 액체탱크(20)와, 상기 상변화 매체를 순환시키는 순환펌프(21)가 구비되도록 하며,상기 증발관(12)은 원형 튜브 형태, 판 형태, 원형튜브와 판을 혼합한 형태 중 어느 하나의 형태를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 상변화 매체를 이용한 증발식 해수 담수화장치.
