Claims (17)
- 양극, 음극 및 분리막을 포함하는 전극조립체로서,상기 양극은 양극집전체의 일부에 활물질이 도포되지 않은 양극무지부를 포함하고,상기 음극은 음극집전체의 일부에 활물질이 도포되지 않은 음극무지부를 포함하며,상기 양극과 음극의 무지부는 전극의 길이 방향을 기준으로 상기 전극조립체의 상부 또는 하부 또는 상부 및 하부 모두에 위치시키고, 상기 양극과 음극의 무지부에 양극 탭과 음극 탭이 연결되며,상기 분리막은 바인더 고분자 또는 바인더 고분자/무기물입자로 이루어진 유/무기 혼합물이 기재 위에 도포된 복합 다공성 분리막이고,상기 전극조립체는 상기 양극과 음극이 분리막을 사이에 두고 핫 프레스 또는 열압착 프레스에 의하여 일체화된 라미네이트 구조로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전극조립체.

- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 무기물 입자는 BaTiO3, Pb(Zr,Ti)O3(PZT), Pb1-xLaxZr1-yTiyO3(PLZT), PB(Mg3Nb2/3)O3-PbTiO3(PMN-PT), hafnia(HfO2), SrTiO3, SnO2, CeO2, MgO, NiO, CaO, ZnO, ZrO2, Y2O3, Al2O3, TiO2, SiC 및 이들의 혼합체로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종 이상임을 특징으로 하는 전극조립체.
- 제 12항에 있어서, 상기 무기물 입자는 직경 50nm 이상인 마크로 기공(macropore)이 입자 내 복수 개 존재하는 다공성 구조를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극조립체.
