Claims (10)
- 흑연재료와 이흑연화성의 흑연화 도중에 있는 탄소재료와의 융합물과, 상기 융합물의 표면을 덮은 비정질 탄소재료를 포함하고,상기 흑연재료의 (002)면의 면간격 d002가, 0.335nm~0.336nm의 범위이며,상기 흑연화 도중에 있는 탄소재료의 (002)면의 면간격 d002가, 0.338nm~0.342nm의 범위이고,상기 비정질 탄소재료의 (002)면의 면간격이 상기 흑연화 도중에 있는 탄소재료의 면간격보다 큰 비수 전해질 2차 전지용 복합 음극 활물질.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 흑연재료와 상기 흑연화 도중에 있는 탄소재료와의 합계에서 차지하는 상기 흑연재료의 비율이, 60질량%∼90질량%인 비수 전해질 2차 전지용 복합 음극 활물질.
- (a) 흑연재료와 이흑연화성의 흑연화 도중에 있는 탄소재료를 혼합하여, 혼합 탄소재료를 얻고, 상기 혼합 탄소재료에 중질유를 가하여 혼합물을 얻는 공정,(b) 상기 혼합물을, 700℃∼1300℃에서 열처리하여, 상기 흑연재료와 상기 흑연화 도중에 있는 탄소재료와의 융합물과, 상기 융합물의 표면을 덮은 비정질 탄소재료를 포함하는 복합 탄소재료를 얻는 공정, 및(c) 상기 복합 탄소재료를 분쇄하는 공정을 포함하는 비수 전해질 2차 전지용 복합 음극 활물질의 제조법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 흑연화 도중에 있는 탄소재료가, 이흑연화성의 탄소 재료를 1400℃∼2200℃에서 열처리함으로써 얻어지는 비수 전해질 2차 전지용 복합 음극 활물질의 제조법.
- 삭제
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 혼합 탄소재료에 있어서, 상기 흑연재료와 상기 흑연화 도중에 있는 탄소재료와의 합계에 차지하는 상기 흑연재료의 비율이, 60질량%∼90질량%인 비수 전해질 2차 전지용 복합 음극 활물질의 제조법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서의 복합 음극 활물질을 포함한 음극과, 양극과, 비수 전해질과, 상기 양극과 상기 음극과의 사이에 배치된 세퍼레이터를 구비하는 비수 전해질 2차 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 흑연화 도중에 있는 탄소재료가, 이흑연화성의 탄소재료를 1400℃∼2200℃에서 열처리함으로써 얻어지는 재료인 비수 전해질 2차 전지용 복합 음극 활물질.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 비정질 탄소재료가, 중질유를 700℃∼1300℃에서 열처리하여 얻어지는 재료인 비수 전해질 2차 전지용 복합 음극 활물질.
