Claims (8)
- 핵산을 함유하는 시료 및 염 용액의 혼합물을 카르복실기 또는 아미노기로 코팅된 고체상 물질에 접촉시키는 단계;세척 버퍼를 사용하여 상기 핵산과 고체상 물질의 복합체를 세척하는 단계; 및상기 핵산과 고체상 물질의 복합체에 핵산 증폭 반응액을 첨가하고, 증폭 반응을 수행하는 단계를 포함하는, 카르복실기 또는 아미노기로 코팅된 고체상 물질을 이용한 핵산의 증폭 방법으로서, 상기 고체상 물질은 유리, 실리콘, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리아크릴레이트 또는 폴리우레탄이고, 상기 핵산 증폭반응은 PCR인 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 핵산을 함유하는 시료는 생물학적 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 염은 NaCl, MgCl2, KCl, CaCl2 및 그의 조합으로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 염의 농도는 0.5 ∼5 M인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 에탄올과 EDTA를 포함하는 세척 버퍼로 세척하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 및 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 핵산을 함유하는 시료 및 염 용액의 혼합물은 0∼40 %의 PEG를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
