Description
Claims (16)
- a) 적어도 하나의 환원제, 및b) 적어도 하나의 환원제 전구체중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 가스 혼합물을 제공하는 장치 (1) 로서, 적어도 하나의 환원제 전구체를 포함하는 수용액 (45) 을 위한 저장소 (20) 가 형성되어 있고, 상기 저장소 (20) 로부터 수용액 (45) 은 전달 수단 (19) 에 의해 분배 개구 (3) 를 갖는 적어도 하나의 공급 라인 (2) 으로 전달될 수 있는, 가스 혼합물을 제공하는 장치 (1) 에 있어서,상기 공급 라인 (2) 을 가열하는 가열 수단 (4) 이 형성되고, 이 가열 수단에 의해 적어도 하나의 공급 라인 (2) 은 물의 끓는 온도보다 더 높은 임계 온도 이상으로 가열될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 가스 혼합물을 제공하는 장치 (1).
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 공급 라인 (2) 의 내부면은 8 ~ 12 미크론의 표면 조도 (RZ) 를 갖는 가스 혼합물을 제공하는 장치 (1).
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 공급 라인 (2) 은 적어도 200 W/mㆍK (1 미터 및 1 켈빈온도 당 와트) 의 열전도율을 갖는 재료로 만들어지는 가스 혼합물을 제공하는 장치 (1).
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 공급 라인 (2) 은 적어도 90°의 방향 변화를 적어도 한번 갖는 가스 혼합물을 제공하는 장치 (1).
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 가열 수단 (4) 은,a) 전기 저항식 히터,b) 적어도 하나의 다른 구성 요소의 폐열을 이용하는 열 전달 수단,c) 적어도 하나의 펠티에 소자, 및d) 연료를 연소시키는 수단중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 가스 혼합물을 제공하는 장치 (1).
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 장치 (1) 는, 작동 시에, 공급 라인 (2) 의 길이에 걸친 온도가 평균 온도보다 최대 25℃ 더 높게 그리고 더 낮게 되도록 구성되는 가스 혼합물을 제공하는 장치 (1).
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 공급 라인 (2) 은 알루미늄을 포함하는 재료로 형성되는 가스 혼합물을 제공하는 장치 (1).
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 공급 라인은 적어도 150 J/K (켈빈온도 당 줄 (Joule)) 의 열용량을 갖는 가스 혼합물을 제공하는 장치 (1).
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 공급 라인 (2) 에는 환원제를 형성하기 위한 환원제 전구체의 가수분해시에 촉매반응하는 코팅이 적어도 부분적으로 제공되어 있는 가스 혼합물을 제공하는 장치 (1).
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 공급 라인 (2) 및 가수분해 촉매 컨버터 (17) 는 공통의 가열 가능한 본체에 형성되는 가스 혼합물을 제공하는 장치 (1).
- a) 적어도 하나의 환원제, 및b) 적어도 하나의 환원제 전구체중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 가스 혼합물을 제공하는 방법으로서, 적어도 하나의 환원제 전구체의 수용액 (45) 이 저장소 (20) 로부터 공급 라인 (2) 으로 전달되는, 가스 혼합물을 제공하는 방법에 있어서,상기 공급 라인 (2) 은 수용액 (45) 이 완전히 증발되어 가스 혼합물을 형성하도록 가열되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 가스 혼합물을 제공하는 방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 공급 라인 (2) 의 온도는 380℃ ~ 450℃ 의 평균 온도인, 가스 혼합물을 제공하는 방법.
- 제 11 항 또는 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 공급 라인 (2) 의 길이를 따른 온도는 평균 온도보다 최대 25℃ 더 높거나 또는 더 낮은, 가스 혼합물을 제공하는 방법.
- 제 11 항 또는 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 공급 라인은 적어도 90°의 방향 변화를 적어도 한번 갖는, 가스 혼합물을 제공하는 방법.
- 제 11 항 또는 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 공급 라인 (2) 은 수용액 (45) 이 완전한 증발되는 임계 온도보다 더 높은 제 2 온도로 가열되는, 가스 혼합물을 제공하는 방법.
- 제 11 항 또는 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 공급 라인 (2) 의 가열은 전기 저항식 히터에 의해 실행되고, 상기 전기 저항식 히터의 저항은 가열 전에 결정되고, 공급 라인 (2) 의 가열은 결정된 저항에 따라서 실시되는, 가스 혼합물을 제공하는 방법.
