Claims (11)
- 종이관용 원지를 그 종이관용 원지의 일부를 중복시키거나 또는 복수의 그 종이관용 원지를 나선 형상으로 겹쳐감기함으로써 돌려감아 관 형상으로 성형한 주물 제조용 부품으로서, 유기 섬유, 탄소 섬유 및 바인더를 함유하고,상기 유기 섬유, 상기 탄소 섬유 및 상기 바인더의 함유량의 합계 100 중량부에 대해서, 상기 유기 섬유의 함유량이 10∼70중량부이고, 상기 탄소 섬유의 함유량이 7∼40중량부이고, 상기 바인더의 함량이 10∼80중량부인 주물 제조용 부품.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 바인더에 융점이 다른 2 이상의 바인더를 함유하고 있는 주물 제조용 부품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 바인더가 유기 바인더, 무기 바인더 또는 유기 바인더 및 무기 바인더인 주물 제조용 부품.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 무기 바인더가 콜로이드성 실리카, 흑요석, 물라이트, 진주암, 에틸실리케이트, 혹은 물유리인 주물 제조용 부품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 유기 섬유가 종이 섬유인 주물 제조용 부품.
- 제 1 항에 기재된 주물 제조용 부품을 사용한 주물의 제조 방법으로서, 상기 주물 제조용 부품을 주물사 내에 배치한 주물의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 기재된 주물 제조용 부품의 제조 방법으로서, 적어도 상기 유기 섬유 및 상기 탄소 섬유를 함유하는 원료 슬러리로부터 상기 종이관용 원지를 초지하는 공정과, 초지된 상기 종이관용 원지로부터 그 종이관용 원지의 일부를 중복시키거나 또는 복수의 그 종이관용 원지를 겹쳐감기함으로써 돌려감아 종이관을 성형하는 공정과, 성형된 상기 종이관에 상기 바인더를 함유하게 하는 공정을 구비하는 주물 제조용 부품의 제조 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 바인더가 유기 바인더이고, 그 유기 바인더를 함침에 의해 함유하게 하는 주물 제조용 부품의 제조 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 원료 슬러리에 무기 바인더를 함유하게 하는 주물 제조용 부품의 제조 방법.
