Claims (17)
- 산화물 기준의 뱃치로부터 계산되는 55 ∼ 80몰%의 SiO2, 12 ∼ 30몰%의 Al2O3 및 5 ∼ 15몰%의 P2O5을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은, 산화물 기준의 뱃치로부터 계산되는 50 ∼ 70몰%의 SiO2, 15 ∼ 25몰%의 Al2O3 및 5 ∼ 10몰%의 P2O5을 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은, 0 내지 300℃의 온도범위에서 5 ~ 40×10-7/℃의 선형 열팽창 계수를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은, 1650℃ 이하의 용융 온도를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은, 800℃ 이상의 변형점을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 개질 산화물을 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 조성물.
- 밀도가 2.5g/㎤이하이고 변형점이 800℃ 이상을 나타내며, 산화물 기준으로 55 ∼ 80몰%의 SiO2, 12 ∼ 30몰%의 Al2O3 및 5 ∼ 15몰%의 P2O5을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미노 포스포 실리케이트 유리.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 유리는 1650℃ 또는 그 이하의 용융점, 무색투명성 및 8 ~ 40 ×10-7/℃의 열팽창 계수를 더욱 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미노 포스포 실리케이트 유리.
- 산화물 기준의 뱃치로부터 계산되는 55 ∼ 80몰%의 SiO2, 12 ∼ 30몰%의 Al2O3 및 5 ∼ 15몰%의 P2O5을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 디스플레이 장치용 유리 기판.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 기판은, 산화물 기준의 뱃치로부터 계산되는 50 ∼ 70몰%의 SiO2, 15 ∼ 25몰%의 Al2O3 및 5 ∼ 10몰%의 P2O5을 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 기판.
