- 천연 미네랄 성분을 포함하는 비료 조성물 제조방법에 있어서, 질석을 분쇄하여 분쇄고형물을 형성하는 분쇄고형물 형성단계와; 상기 분쇄고형물과 물을 혼합하여 혼합물을 형성하는 혼합물 형성단계와; 상기 혼합물에 황산을 첨가하여 혼합수용액을 형성하는 혼합수용액 형성단계와; 상기 혼합수용액을 교반, 숙성하는 혼합수용액 교반숙성단계와; 상기 혼합수용액을 여과하여 찌꺼기를 제거함으로써 미네랄성분 함유 수용액을 추출, 분리하는 추출분리단계;를 포함하여 구성되고, 상기 질석의 함량은 상기 혼합물 전체 중 10~40중량%로 포함되며, 상기 황산은 상기 혼합물 전체에 대하여 5~30중량%로 포함되어 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연 미네랄 성분을 포함하는 비료 조성물 제조방법
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 질석을 분쇄하여 분쇄고형물을 형성하는 분쇄고형물 형성단계에서는 다시마와 미역과 부추를 분쇄하여 추가하고, 상기 분쇄고형물과 물을 혼합하여 혼합물을 형성하는 혼합물 형성단계에서는 키토산, 목초액을 추가로 혼합하며, 상기 다시마, 미역, 부추, 키토산 및 목초액은 전체 혼합물에 대하여 각각 5~30중량% 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연 미네랄 성분을 포함하는 비료 조성물 제조방법
- 제1항의 제조방법에 의해 제조된 비료조성물로서, 질석 분쇄물, 물 및 황산을 포함한 혼합물로부터 추출한 천연 미네랄 성분을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비료조성물
- 제2항의 제조방법에 의해 제조된 비료조성물로서, 질석 분쇄물, 다시마, 미역, 키토산, 목초액, 부추, 물 및 황산을 포함한 혼합물로부터 추출한 천연 미네랄 성분 및 유기질 성분을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비료조성물
