Description
Claims (11)
- 기판 상에 게이트 배선 및 데이터 배선에 의해 정의하는 화소영역에 박막트랜지스터 및 화소전극이 구비되는 화상표시영역;상기 화상표시영역의 외곽에 라인 온 글래스 방식으로 형성되어 구동에 필요한 외부 드라이브 집적회로들의 신호들을 상기 화상표시영역에 공급하기 위한 LOG 배선;상기 LOG배선 상부에 오버랩되도록 상기 데이터 배선과 동일층에 형성되는 ESD방지용 패턴을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 라인 온 글래스형 액정표시소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 ESD방지용 패턴에 그라운드 전압(GND)이 흐르는 것을 특징으로 하는 라인 온 글래스형 액정표시소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 ESD방지용 패턴은 상기 외부 드라이브 집적회로의 전원공급부에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 라인 온 글래스형 액정표시소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 게이트 배선 끝단에 연결되는 게이트 드라이브 IC가 LOG배선에 의해 상 기 외부 드라이브 집적회로들과 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 라인 온 글래스형 액정표시소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 게이트 드라이브 IC는 게이트 TCP에 의해 상기 기판에 실장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 라인 온 글래스형 액정표시소자.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 게이트 TCP 사이의 ESD방지용 패턴은, 상기 게이트 TCP의 더미 라인에 의해 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 라인 온 글래스형 액정표시소자.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 LOG배선은 상기 게이트 배선과 동일층에 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 라인 온 글래스형 액정표시소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 LOG배선과 ESD방지용 패턴 사이에 절연막이 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 라인 온 글래스형 액정표시소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 외부 드라이브 집적회로들은 PCB기판에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 라인 온 글래스형 액정표시소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 데이터 라인의 끝단에 연결된 데이터 드라이브 IC가 상기 외부 드라이브 집적회로들과 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 라인 온 글래스형 액정표시소자.
