Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- a) 코폴리머 중량을 기준으로,(i) 하기 성분 (iii)의 (메트)아크릴아미드를 포함하지 않는 적어도 하나의 모노에틸렌계 불포화 비이온성 모노머 96 내지 99.8 중량%;(ii) 멀티에틸렌계 불포화 모노머 0.1 내지 2 중량%;(iii) (메트)아크릴아미드 0.1 내지 2 중량%를 포함하고,코폴리머 중량을 기준으로 자기 가교화(self-crosslinking) 모노머를 1 중량% 이하로 포함하는 코폴리머로 제조된 입자의 적어도 하나의 수성 분산물; 및b) 멜라민/포름알데하이드 수지, 우레아/포름알데하이드 수지, 구아나민/포름알데하이드 수지, 벤조구아나민/포름알데하이드 수지 및 아세토구아나민/포름알데하이드 수지 또는 이들의 조합물로 구성된 그룹중에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 아미노 수지를 포함하며,상기 성분 a):b)의 비가 이 두 성분의 고체를 기준으로 1:99 내지 20:80인 수분산 코팅 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 멀티에틸렌계 불포화 모노머가 알릴 (메트)아크릴레이트, 디비닐벤젠, 디알릴 프탈레이트, 1,4-부틸렌 글리콜 디(메트)아크릴레이트, 1,6-헥산디올 디(메트)아크릴레이트 및 이들의 조합물로 구성된 그룹중에서 선택되는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 멀티에틸렌계 불포화 모노머가 알릴 (메트)아크릴레이트를 포함하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 모노에틸렌계 불포화 비이온성 모노머의 함량은 96 내지 99.7 중량%이고, 상기 코폴리머가 하나 이상의 에틸렌계 불포화 산 작용성 모노머 0.1 내지 2 중량%를 추가로 포함하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, N,N-디메틸아미노에틸 (메트)아크릴레이트, N,N-디메틸아미노프로필 (메트)아크릴아미드, N-비닐 피롤리디논, 하이드록시에틸 (메트)아크릴레이트 또는 이들의 조합물을 추가로 포함하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 코폴리머가 N-메틸올 그룹을 포함하는 모노머의 중합 단위를 코폴리머의 중량을 기준으로 1 중량% 이하로 포함하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 코폴리머가 자기 가교화 모노머를 코폴리머의 중량을 기준으로 0.5 중량% 이하로 포함하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 코폴리머가 자기 가교화 모노머를 포함하지 않는 조성물.
- (a) 물 또는 하나 이상의 수성 용매 및 아미노 수지를,코폴리머 중량을 기준으로,(i) 하기 성분 (iii)의 (메트)아크릴아미드를 포함하지 않는 적어도 하나의 모노에틸렌계 불포화 비이온성 모노머 96 내지 99.8 중량%;(ii) 멀티에틸렌계 불포화 모노머 0.1 내지 2 중량%;(iii) (메트)아크릴아미드 0.1 내지 2 중량%를 포함하고,코폴리머 중량을 기준으로 자기 가교화 모노머를 1 중량% 이하로 포함하는 코폴리머로 제조된 입자의 적어도 하나의 수성 분산물 1 내지 25 중량%[이는 아미노 수지의 고체 중량을 기준으로 함]와 혼합하여 아크릴 변형 아미노 수지 바인더의 수성 혼합물을 형성하고;(b) 유리섬유 부직물을 상기 수성 혼합물과 접촉시키거나, 또는 상기 수성 혼합물을 유리섬유 부직물에 적용한 후;(c) 단계 (b)에서 얻어진, 상기 수성 혼합물과 접촉되거나 상기 수성 혼합물이 적용된 상기 유리섬유 부직물을 100 내지 400 ℃의 온도로 가열하여 경화시키는 것을 포함하여,아크릴 변형 아미노 수지 바인더로 유리섬유 부직물을 처리하는 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 멀티에틸렌계 불포화 모노머가 알릴 (메트)아크릴레이트를 포함하는 방법.
