Abstract
본 발명은 진공관의 내부에 열매체관을 설치함에 있어서 열매체관을 바이메탈 방식으로 온도에 따라 움직이는 전도체가 감싸도록 구성함으로써 온도에 따라 저온일 때는 전도체가 열매체관을 감싸면서 전도율을 높이고, 고온일 때는 전도체가 벌어지면서 전도율을 낮추도록 함으로써 과도한 열전도가 발생하지 않도록 함을 특징으로 하는 것이다.

Claims (4)
- 이중으로 된 진공관(10)의 내부에 열전도관(11)을 구성하고 열전도관(11)의 내부에는 U자형으로 순환하는 열매체관(12)을 설치하며,
열전도관(11)의 내부에는 상기 열매체관(12)을 감싸는 형태로 C자형의 전도체를 설치하며,
전도체는 바이메탈 또는 열에 의해 팽창하는 재질에 의해 온도가 높을수록 열매체관과의 사이가 벌어지고 온도가 낮을수록 열매체관에 밀착되도록 구성함을 특징으로 하는 이중진공관형 태양열 집열장치의 온도 과승 방지구조 - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 전도체(13)는 바이메탈 형식으로 내면부와 외면부에 열팽창계수가 다른 재질을 접합하여 내면층(13-1)과 외면층(13-2)을 구성함으로써 온도에 따라 열매체관(12)을 감싸는 정도가 달라지도록 하며,
내면층(13-1)이 외면층(13-2)보다 열팽창계수가 높은 재질로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 이중진공관형 태양열 집열장치의 온도 과승 방지구조. - 제1항에 있어서,
열매체관(12)과 전도체(13a)의 사이에 열팽창률이 높은 팽창편(13b)를 삽입고정하여 고온이 될수록 팽창편(13b)이 팽창하면서 전도체(13a)를 열매체관(12)으로부터 이격시키도록 구성함을 특징으로 하는 이중진공관형 태양열 집열장치의 온도 과승 방지구조. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
열전도관(11)의 내부에 길이방향으로 삽입홈(11')을 마련하고 전도체(13)에는 삽입홈(11')에 맞게 삽입되는 삽입부(13')를 마련하여 조립시 삽입홈(11')에 삽입부(13')를 끼워 넣도록 구성함을 특징으로 하는 이중진공관형 태양열 집열장치의 온도 과승 방지구조.
