Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 하기를 포함하는, 개선된 내화성을 갖는 전기 와이어 또는 케이블의 제조 분야에서 사용가능하고, 실리콘 엘라스토머로 고온에서 가황될 수 있는 폴리오르가노실록산 조성물:a) 하나 이상의 폴리오르가노실록산 중합체;b) 하나 이상의 보강 필러;c) 하나 이상의 유기 퍼옥시드;d) 운모;e) 산화 아연;g) 백금, 백금 화합물, 백금 착물 또는 이들의 조합;h) 산화 티탄;i) 하나 이상의 벌킹 필러;k) 하나 이상의 세미-보강 필러 k),상기 조성물은 세미-보강 필러 k)가 하기로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로함:- 하소된 카올린 분말;- 탈크;- 비닐 실란, 아미노실란 또는 (반응성 또는 비반응성) 실리콘 오일로 표면 처리되거나 되지 않을 수 있는 칼슘 카르보네이트; 및- 그의 혼합물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 조성물이 폴리오르가노실록산 중합체(들) a) 100 중량부를 기준으로, 하기를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물:- 15 내지 100 부의 보강 필러(들) b);- 0.2 내지 8 부의 유기 퍼옥시드 c);- 0.5 내지 30 부의 운모 d);- 0.2 내지 10 부의 산화 아연 e);- (원소) 백금 금속의 중량 (즉, 5 ppm 내지 200 ppm)에 의해 표현되는 0.0005 내지 0.02 부의 성분 g);- 0.5 내지 10 부의 산화 티탄 h);- 20 내지 100 부의 벌킹 필러(들) i);- 1 내지 100 부의 세미-보강 필러(들) k).
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 성분 a)가 0 내지 4 중량%의 비닐기를 함유하고, 25 ℃에서 1000000 mPa.s 초과의 점도를 갖는 하나 이상의 폴리오르가노실록산 중합체로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 성분 b)가 실리카, 알루미나 또는 상기 두 종의 혼합물로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 성분 i)가 오르가노알콕시실란으로 처리된 하나 이상의 알루미늄 트리히드록시드로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, j) 규회석 군에 속하는 하나 이상의 광물 종을 추가로 포함하며, 상기 성분 j)가 하기로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 종으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물:칼슘 메타실리케이트 (CaSiO3) 또는 규회석; 혼합 칼슘 나트륨 메타실리케이트 (NaCa2HSi3O9) 또는 펙톨라이트; 및 혼합 칼슘 망간 메타실리케이트 [CaMn(SiO3)2] 또는 부스타마이트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, f) 고온 가황성 폴리오르가노실록산 조성물의 분야에서 통상 사용되는 하나 이상의 첨가제를 추가로 포함하며, 상기 성분 f) 는 하기로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 하나 이상의 첨가제인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물:하나 이상의 "구조형성방지" 생성물 f1); 하나 이상의 폴리실록산 수지 f2); 하나 이상의 안정화제 f3); 하나 이상의 착색 안료 f4); 및 하나 이상의 보론-기재 화합물 f5).
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 하소된 카올린 분말이 화학 표면 처리된 것인 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 각 단일 전도체 주위에 상기 조성물을 증착하고, 이어서 100 ℃ 내지 200 ℃ 범위의 물질 온도로 가열하여 실리콘 엘라스토머로 가교결합하는 것으로 이루어진, 내화성 전기 와이어 또는 케이블의 제작에 사용되는 하나 이상의 단일 전도체의 주 절연체 또는 외장의 제조에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 9 항에 따른 조성물을 사용하여 제조되는 내화성 전기 와이어.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, (1) 표준 IEC 61 034, 부분 1에 따라 80 % 초과의 광 투과율을 달성할 수 있도록 하는 저 연기 밀도를 제공하고; (2) 500 볼트에서 표준 NFC 32-070 CR1을 달성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 와이어.
- 제 9 항에 따른 조성물을 사용하여 제조되는 내화성 케이블.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, (1) 표준 IEC 61 034, 부분 1에 따라 80 % 초과의 광 투과율을 달성할 수 있도록 하는 저 연기 밀도를 제공하고; (2) 500 볼트에서 표준 NFC 32-070 CR1을 달성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, f) 고온 가황성 폴리오르가노실록산 조성물의 분야에서 통상 사용되는 하나 이상의 첨가제를 추가로 포함하며, 상기 성분 f) 를 0 내지 15 부 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, j) 규회석 군에 속하는 하나 이상의 광물 종을 추가로 포함하며, 상기 성분 j) 를 0 내지 10 부 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
