Claims (17)
- 매트릭스를 구성하는 동합금 분말과, 납성분에 대체되는 피삭성 향상 원소의 분말 입자를 혼합한 분말 고화체 빌렛을 압출 가공하여 얻어지는 무연쾌삭성 동합금 압출재에 있어서,내부에 상기 동합금 분말의 구 분말입계(old grain boundaries)를 잔존시키고 있고,상기 피삭성 향상 원소 분말 입자가 상기 구 분말입계에 따라 분포하고,상기 피삭성 향상 원소 분말 입자는, 흑연, 질화 붕소, 이황화 몰리브덴, 황화구리 및 불화 칼슘으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 분말 입자이고,동합금 압출재 전체를 100중량%로 한 경우, 매트릭스 중에, 상기 피삭성 향상 원소 분말 입자를 중량 기준으로 0.1% 내지 3% 함유하며,매트릭스를 구성하는 동합금 전체를 100중량%로 한 경우, 매트릭스를 구성하는 동합금은, 중량 기준으로 구리를 55 내지 64%, 철을 0.1 내지 0.7%, 주석을 0.2 내지 2.5% 함유하고, 잔부가 아연으로 이루어지는 합금 조성을 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 무연쾌삭성 동합금 압출재.
- 제 1항에 있어서,동합금 압출재 전체를 100중량%로 한 경우, 매트릭스 중에, 상기 피삭성 향상 원소 분말 입자를 중량 기준으로 0.3% 내지 1% 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무연쾌삭성 동합금 압출재.

- 제 1항에 있어서,매트릭스를 구성하는 동합금은, 중량 기준으로 0.1 내지 1.5%의 티탄, 0.1 내지 1.5%의 크롬, 0.1 내지 1.5%의 코발트로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 원소를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무연쾌삭성 동합금 압출재.
- 제 1항에 있어서,매트릭스를 구성하는 동합금은, 또한, 중량 기준으로 0.02 내지 4%의 비스무트, 0.02 내지 0.4%의 텔루르, 0.02 내지 0.4%의 셀렌, 0.02 내지 0.15%의 안티몬으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 원소를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무연쾌삭성 동합금 압출재.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 분말 입자의 입경이 5㎛ 이상 300㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 무연쾌삭성 동합금 압출재.
- 제 1항에 기재된 무연쾌삭성 동합금 압출재를 얻기 위한 빌렛으로서, 동합금 분말과 피삭성 향상 원소 분말 입자의 혼합 분체를 압분 성형함에 의해 성형되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 무연쾌삭성 동합금 압출재용 빌렛.
- 제 1항에 기재된 무연쾌삭성 동합금 압출재를 인발 가공 또는 열간단조 가공하여 얻어진 것을 특징으로 하는 무연쾌삭성 동합금 부재.
