Claims (6)
- 주수축 방향의 열수축률의 온도에 따른 변화율 (%/℃)이 60 내지 70℃ 범위에서 1.5 내지 3.0, 70 내지 80℃ 범위에서 2.5 내지 3.5, 80 내지 90℃ 범위에서 1.0 내지 2.0, 및 90 내지 100℃ 범위에서 0.1 내지 1.0이고, 디올 성분으로서 디에틸렌 글리콜을 포함하는 공중합 폴리에스터 조성물로부터 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열수축성 폴리에스터계 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 열수축성 폴리에스터계 필름은
(ⅰ) 이가산 성분 100몰%를 기준으로 하여, 테레프탈산 잔사를 90몰% 이상 포함하는 이가산 성분, 및
(ⅱ) 디올 성분 100몰%를 기준으로 하여, (a) 디에틸렌 글리콜 3 내지 16몰%, (b) 네오펜틸 글리콜 10 내지 25몰%, 및 (c) 에틸렌 글리콜 59 내지 87몰%를 포함하는 디올 성분
을 포함하는 공중합 폴리에스터 조성물로부터 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열수축성 폴리에스터계 필름. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 열수축성 폴리에스터계 필름을 90℃ 온수에 10초간 침지시키는 경우, 주수축 방향의 수축률이 58% 이상이고 하기 수학식으로 나타내는 스커트비 (skirt ratio; S/R)의 값이 14% 이하이며 수축시 발생하는 최대응력이 6N 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 열수축성 폴리에스터계 필름.

스커트비(%) = (W-d)/L x 100 (여기서, W는 수축 전의 필름 샘플의 폭이고, d는 수축 후의 필름 샘플의 폭이며, L은 필름 샘플의 길이이다.) - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 공중합 폴리에스터 조성물은 반응 촉매, 폴리머 안정제, 반응 첨가제, 및 무기재료 중의 1종 이상을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열수축성 폴리에스터계 필름. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 공중합 폴리에스터 조성물은 고유 점도가 0.600 내지 0.900 dl/g인 것을 특징으로 하는 열수축성 폴리에스터계 필름. - 제 2 항의 공중합 폴리에스터 조성물을 용융 압출시켜 얻은 시트를 Tg+5 내지 Tg+20℃의 온도에서 주연신 방향으로 연신하여 연신 필름을 얻는 단계, 및
상기 연신 필름을 주연신 방향으로 고정시킨 상태에서 Tg+5 내지 Tg+50℃의 온도의 가열처리 가공 구간에 통과시키는 단계를 포함하는 열수축성 폴리에스터계 필름의 제조 방법.
