- (i) 티올기로 표면 기능화된 다중벽 탄소나노튜브 전극 표면에 전기화학적(electrochemmical)으로Au을 전착시키는 공정; (ii) Au 전착된 다중벽 탄소나노튜브 전극 표면에 키토산-이온성 액체 및 글루타르알데히드 혼합물을 코팅하여 3차원적 네트워크를 이룬 효소 고정화층을 제조하는 공정; 및 (iii) Au 전착된 다중벽 탄소나노튜브 전극의 효소 고정화층에 효소를 고정화시키는 단계를 포함하고,상기 이온성 액체는 암모니윰, 이미다졸륨, 피리디늄, 피리다지, 피리미디늄, 피라지늄, 피라졸륨, 티아졸륨, 옥사졸륨, 피페리디늄, 피롤리디늄, 피롤리늄, 피롤륨, 티리아졸륨 및 트리아졸륨으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 화합물 또는 이의 치환된 화합물인 양이온과 F-, Cl-, Br-, I-, NO3 -, N(CN)2 -, BF4 -, ClO4 -, RSO3 -, RCOO-(여기서, R은 C1 내지 C9의 알킬기 또는 페닐기임), PF6-, (CF3)2PF4-, (CF3)3PF3 -, (CF3)4PF2 -, (CF3)5PF-, (CF3)6P-, (CF3SO3 -)2, (CF2CF2SO3 -)2, (CF3SO3)2N-, CF3CF2(CF3)2CO-, (CF3SO2)2CH-, (SF5)3C-, (CF3SO2)3C-, CF3(CF2)7SO3 -, CF3CO2 - 및 CH3CO2 -로 구성된 군 중에서 선택된 음이온의 조합으로 이루어진,효소 고정화된 바이오센서를 제조하는 방법.
