- 삭제
- 회전 동력을 발생하고, 속도제어되는 모터와;상기 모터를 통해 직접회전되는 방향전환로터와;상기 방향전환로터에 간격을 두고 배열되어, 상기 모터의 회전력을 전달받도록 동력벨트로 연결된 1개의 풀리에 대해 이격된 적어도 1개 이상의 풀리를 감은 이송벨트와;상기 방향전환로터에 일체로 형성되어, 상기 이송벨트쪽을 가압하는 위치에서 적어도 1사분면 구간을 밀착시킨 상태를 유지하는 전환풀리;를 포함하고,상기 이송벨트는 상기 모터의 회전력을 전달받는 동력벨트를 감은 동력풀리를 갖춘 종동로터에 일체로 형성된 벨트풀리와, 상기 전환풀리의 중심A에 대해 아래쪽으로 설치된 선단아이들러와, 상기 선단아이들러에 대향되는 위치에서 상기 전환풀리의 중심A에 대해 위쪽으로 설치된 후단아이들러를 감싸고,상기 방향전환로터에 일체로 형성된 상기 전환풀리는 상기 선단아이들러의 중심b와 상기 후단아이들러의 중심c를 잇는 상기 이송벨트를 밀어내 밀착된 상태를 형성하는 위치로 중심A를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방향전환분배기.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 동력벨트와 상기 이송벨트는 소정형상의 골격을 이루는 마운팅프레임의 상판플레이트에 대해 아래쪽과 위쪽으로 나뉘며,상기 방향전환로터와 상기 종동로터 및 상기 선단.후단아이들러는 상기 상판플레이트를 관통하는 부위로 베어링을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 방향전환분배기.
