Claims (2)
- 비전도성 수지로서 셀룰로오스 아세테이트 27 ~ 33중량%, 우레탄 수지 18 ~ 22중량%, 폴리에스테르 수지 및 폴리에스텔폴리올의 혼합물 4 ~ 6중량%, 카본블랙 10 ~ 15중량%, 메틸 에틸 케톤, 톨루엔 및 에틸 아세테이트로 이루어진 군에서 하나 이상이 혼합된 용제 26 ~ 32중량% 및 왁스 및 실리카 중 선택된 하나 이상의 첨가제 1 ~ 2중량%가 혼합 구성되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 할로겐 프리 타입의 비전도성 잉크 조성물.
- 셀룰로오스 아세테이트를 27 ~ 33중량%, 카본블랙 10 ~ 15중량%, 메틸 에틸 케톤와 톨루엔과 에틸 아세테이트로 이루어진 군에서 하나 이상이 혼합된 용제 6 ~ 8중량%, 왁스 또는 실리카 중 선택된 하나 이상의 첨가제 1 ~ 2중량% 및 폴리에스테르 수지와 폴리에스텔폴리올의 혼합물 4 ~ 6중량%를 믹서에 혼합하여 1 ~ 2시간 동안 교반하는 제1단계;제1단계에서 교반된 혼합물을 900 ~ 1000RPM으로 동작하는 분산기를 이용해 4 ~ 5시간 동안 분산하는 제2단계; 및제2단계에서 분산된 혼합물에 우레탄 수지 18 ~ 22중량%, 메틸 에틸 케톤, 톨루엔과 에틸 아세테이트로 이루어진 군에서 하나 이상이 혼합된 용제 20 ~ 24중량%를 추가 혼합하여 교반하는 제3단계;로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 할로겐 프리 타입의 비전도성 잉크 조성물 제조방법.
