Claims (5)
- 바닥면과 측벽을 가지는 오목부를 가진 패키지와,상기 패키지 오목부의 바닥면에 놓이는 발광소자와,상기 패키지의 오목부 안에 배치되며 상기 발광소자가 피복되는 밀봉부재를 구비하는 발광장치로서,상기 패키지는 모노머의 1성분으로서 방향족 모노머를 함유한 원료를 중합하여 합성된 반방향족 폴리아미드 수지로 이루어지고,상기 반방향족 폴리아미드 수지는,티탄산 칼륨 섬유 또는 규회석 5중량% ~ 70중량%와,산화티탄 10중량% ~ 50중량%와,방향족 모노머의 비율이 20몰% 이상인 반방향족 폴리아미드 15중량% ~ 85중량%를 함유하고 있고,상기 반방향족 폴리아미드 수지는 100g 중의 아미드기 농도가 30g 이하이며,상기 패키지 오목부의 측벽 두께는 100㎛ 이하인 부분을 가지고 있고,상기 밀봉부재는 부가반응 가교형 실리콘이며,상기 발광소자는 360nm~550nm에서 발광피크파장을 가지는 질화물계 화합물 반도체 발광소자인 것을 특징으로 하는 발광장치.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 패키지는 상기 오목부의 개구방향에서 보아 긴변 방향과 짧은변 방향을 가지고 있으며, 상기 패키지의 긴변 방향에 따라 형성되는 오목부의 측벽 두께는 100㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 발광장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 4항에 기재된 발광장치와,상기 발광장치로부터의 광이 입사되는 도광판을 구비하는 백라이트 유닛.
