- 제20항에 있어서, 상기 종양이 담낭암, 혈액 및 골수의 혈액 악성 종양, 백혈병, 림프종, 호지킨씨병, 비호지킨씨병, 다발성골수종, 뇌암, 유방암, 경부암, 결장암, 직장암, 항문암, 충수암, 식도암, 자궁암, 간암, 위암, 후두암, 폐암, 늑막암, 심막암, 구강암, 골육종, 난소암, 췌장암, 전립선암, 신장암, 폐포횡문근육종, 피부암, 고환암 및 갑상선암으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 질병과 관련이 있는 것인 약학 조성물.
- 환자의 시료에서 SISP-1(Stress Induced Secreted Protein -1) 단백질의 발현 또는 SISP-1 mRNA의 유도 정도를 분석하고 이 때 SISP-1 단백질 또는 SISP-1 mRNA의 수준이 정상보다 낮게 감소되었으면 종양이 발생할 가능성이 높거나 종양이 발생된 것으로 판단하는 것을 포함하는, 종양 발생 가능성 예측방법 또는 종양 발생여부의 판단 방법.
- (a) SISP-1 단백질 또는 SISP-1 mRNA와 반응하는 물질 및 (b) SISP-1 단백질의 발현 또는 SISP-1 mRNA의 유도를 측정하기에 적합한 반응물을 포함하는 종양 발생 가능성 예측용 또는 종양 진단용 키트.
- 제23항에 있어서, SISP-1 단백질과 반응하는 물질이 SISP-1 단백질에 선택적인 항체, 그의 Fab, Fab', F(ab)2, Fv 단편, 디아바디, 선형항체 및 단일쇄항체로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것인 키트.
- 제23항에 있어서, SISP-1 mRNA와 반응하는 물질이 SISP-1 mRNA의 상보체인 키트.
- 제23항 내지 제25항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 물질이 검출가능한 마커로 표지된 것인 키트.
- 치료를 받고 있는 환자로부터의 시료에서 SISP-1 단백질의 발현 또는 SISP-1 mRNA의 유도 정도를 분석하며, 이 때 SISP-1 단백질 또는 SISP-1 mRNA 수준이 정상이거나 증가되었음이 관찰되면 종양치료가 효과적인 것으로 판단하고, SISP-1 단백질 또는 SISP-1 mRNA의 수준이 정상보다 낮은 것이 관찰되면 종양 치료를 계속할 필요가 있는 것으로 판단하는 것을 포함하는, 종양 치료를 받았거나 받고 있는 환자에서 종양 치료의 효과를 모니터링하는 방법.
- (a) 서열번호1의 뉴클레오티드 서열로 구성된 핵산분자, 서열번호2의 아미노산 서열로 구성된 폴리펩티드를 암호화하는 핵산분자 또는 제2항의 핵산분자를 갖는 세포를 배양하여 상기 핵산 분자의 발현 수준을 측정하는 단계; (b) (a)와는 별도로 서열번호1의 뉴클레오티드 서열로 구성된 핵산 분자, 서열번호2의 아미노산 서열로 구성된 폴리펩티드를 암호화하는 핵산분자 또는 제2항의 핵산분자를 갖는 세포를 후보물질을 포함하는 시료와 함께 (a)와 같은 조건에서 배양하여 상기 핵산 분자의 발현 수준을 측정하는 단계; 및 (c) 상기 (b) 단계의 발현수준이 (a) 단계의 발현수준 보다 감소 또는 증가된 시료 내의 후보물질을 선택하는 단계를 포함하는 아폽토시스 조절제로 사용하기 위한 화합물을 스크리닝하는 방법.
- 제28항에 있어서, 상기 핵산분자를 갖는 세포가 핵산분자와 리포터유전자가 작동가능하게 연결된 구조를 갖는 벡터를 함유하는 세포이고, 상기 핵산분자의 발현 수준을 측정하는 단계가 리포터 유전자의 발현 수준을 측정하는 단계인 아폽토시스 조절제로 사용하기 위한 화합물을 스크리닝하는 방법.
- (a) 후보물질을 포함하는 시료를 서열번호2의 아미노산 서열로 구성된 폴리펩티드, 서열번호2의 아미노산 서열로 구성된 폴리펩티드를 암호화하는 핵산분자, 서열번호1의 뉴클레오티드 서열로 구성된 핵산분자 또는 제2항의 핵산 분자와 접촉시키는 단계; (b) 상기 폴리펩티드 또는 핵산 분자에 대한 후보물질의 결합능을 측정하는 단계; 및 (c) 상기 폴리펩티드나 핵산 분자에의 결합능을 갖는 화합물을 선택하는 단계를 포함하는 아폽토시스 조절제로 사용하기 위한 화합물을 스크리닝 하는 방법.
- (a) 서열번호2의 아미노산 서열로 구성된 폴리펩티드, 서열번호2의 아미노산 서열로 구성된 폴리펩티드를 암호화하는 핵산분자, 서열번호1의 뉴클레오티드 서열로 구성된 핵산분자 또는 제2항의 핵산 분자에 의하여 아폽토시스가 민감하게 일어나는 종양세포를 포함하는 시험관내 시스템을 제조하는 단계; (b) 서열번호2의 아미노산 서열로 구성된 폴리펩티드, 서열번호2의 아미노산 서열로 구성된 폴리펩티드를 암호화하는 핵산분자, 서열번호1의 뉴클레오티드 서열로 구성된 핵산분자 또는 제2항의 핵산 분자와 후보물질을 포함하는 시료를 함께 상기 시험관 내 시스템과 접촉시키는 단계; (c) 상기 종양 세포의 아폽토시스 정도를 측정하는 단계; 및 (d) (c)에서 측정한 아폽토시스 정도가 후보물질을 포함하는 시료없이 서열번호2의 아미노산 서열로 구성된 폴리펩티드, 서열번호2의 아미노산 서열로 구성된 폴리펩티드를 암호화하는 핵산분자, 서열번호1의 뉴클레오티드 서열로 구성된 핵산분자 또는 제2항의 핵산 분자 만을 상기 시험관 내 시스템과 접촉시켰을 때의 종양 세포의 아폽토시스 정도에 비하여 증가되거나 감소된 시료의 후보물질을 선택하는 단계를 포함하는 아폽토시스 조절제로 사용하기 위한 화합물을 스크리닝하기 위한 방법.
- 제31항에 있어서, 아폽토시스 조절제가 종양치료제인 방법.
- (a) 서열번호2의 아미노산 서열로 구성된 폴리펩티드, 서열번호2의 아미노산 서열로 구성된 폴리펩티드를 암호화하는 핵산분자, 서열번호1의 뉴클레오티드 서열로 구성된 핵산분자 또는 제2항의 핵산 분자에 의하여 아폽토시스가 민감하게 일어나는 종양세포; (b) 서열번호2의 아미노산 서열로 구성된 폴리펩티드, 서열번호2의 아미노산 서열로 구성된 폴리펩티드를 암호화하는 핵산분자, 서열번호1의 뉴클레오티드 서열로 구성된 핵산분자 또는 제2항의 핵산 분자; 및 (c) 상기 종양세포의 아폽토시스 정도를 측정할 수 있는 반응물을 포함하는 아폽토시스 조절제로 사용하기 위한 후보물질의 스크리닝용 키트.
- (a)서열번호1의 뉴클레오티드 서열로 구성된 핵산분자, 서열번호2의 아미노산 서열로 구성된 폴리펩티드를 암호화하는 핵산분자 또는 제2항의 핵산분자를 갖는 세포 및 (b) 상기 핵산 분자의 발현 수준을 측정할 수 있는 반응물을 포함하는 아폽토시스 조절제로 사용하기 위한 후보물질의 스크리닝용 키트.
- (a)서열번호1의 뉴클레오티드 서열로 구성된 핵산분자, 서열번호2의 아미노산 서열로 구성된 폴리펩티드를 암호화하는 핵산분자 또는 제2항의 핵산분자와 리포터 유전자가 작동가능하게 연결된 구조를 갖는 벡터를 함유하는 세포 및 (b) 상기 리포터 유전자의 발현 수준을 측정할 수 있는 반응물을 포함하는 아폽토시스 조절제로 사용하기 위한 후보물질의 스크리닝용 키트.
- 제35항에 있어서, 상기 리포터 유전자의 발현 수준을 측정할 수 있는 반응물이 측정가능한 마커로 표지되어 있는 것인 키트.
- 제35항에 있어서, 상기 리포터 유전자의 발현 수준을 측정할 수 있는 반응물이 서열번호2의 폴리펩티드에 특이적인 항체, 그의 Fab, Fab', F(ab)2, Fv 단편, 디아바디, 선형항체 및 단일쇄 항체로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 키트.
- 제34항 또는 제35항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 발현 수준을 측정하기 위한 반응물이 SISP-1 mRNA의 상보체인 키트.
