Claims (7)
- 에틸 (E,Z)-7-할로-2-((s)-2,2'-디메틸사이클로프로판카르복사미도)-2-헵테노에이트에 알칼리 수용액을 첨가하여 가수분해하여, (E,Z)-7-할로-2-((s)-2,2'-디메틸사이클로프로판카르복사미도)-2-헵텐산 알카리염 수용액을 얻는 단계;상기 반응물에 제 1 유기 용매 및 산을 투입한 후 층 분리하여 제 1 유기 용매층을 추출하는 단계;상기 추출된 제 1 유기 용매층에 화학식 NRR1R2로 표시되는 아민 계열 물질(여기서 R,R1 및 R2는 각각 수소, 탄소수 1에서 8까지의 알킬기이거나, 고리형 지방족 아민, 방향족 아민인 경우로 R,R1,R2중 하나가 탄소 수 3에서 8까지의 알킬기를 가지는 알킬 아민)을 첨가하여, (E,Z)-7-할로-2-((s)-2,2'-디메틸사이클로프로판카르복사미도)-2-헵텐산 아민염의 혼합 결정을 얻는 단계; 및상기 혼합 결정을 제 2 유기 용매 하에서 재결정하여, (Z)-7-할로-2-((s)-2,2'-디메틸사이클로프로판카르복사미도)-2-헵텐산 아민염을 얻는 단계;를 포함하는 실라스타틴 중간체의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,(Z)-7-할로-2-((s)-2,2'-디메틸사이클로프로판카르복사미도)-2-헵텐산 아민염에 산을 첨가하는 단계를 더 포함하는 실라스타틴 중간체의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제 1 유기 용매는 비수용성 유기 용매이며, 상기 제 2 유기용매는 비수용성 유기용매 또는 수용성 유기용매 또는 이들의 혼합 용매 중에서 선택된 어느 하나인 실라스타틴 중간체의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 알칼리는 수산화나트륨, 탄산나트륨, 수산화칼륨, 탄산칼륨 또는 수산화리튬인 실라스타틴 중간체의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 산은 무기산 또는 유기산인 실라스타틴 중간체의 제조 방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 혼합 결정을 상기 제 2 유기 용매 하에서 재결정하여, (Z)-7-할로-2-((s)-2,2'-디메틸사이클로프로판카르복사미도)-2-헵텐산 아민염을 얻는 단계는 1회 이상 반복하여 수행되는 실라스타틴 중간체의 제조 방법.
