Claims (11)
- 폐아스팔트콘크리트 재생골재와 일반골재를 중량비 10:90~80:20로 혼합한 혼합골재 100 중량부에, 아스팔트 60~95 중량%, 탈경화 고무분말 4.8~35 중량%, 폴리인산 0.2~5 중량%를 혼합하여 제조되는 개질 아스팔트 4~12 중량부, 폐백토 0.5~10중량부를 혼합하여 제조되는 재생 개질아스팔트콘크리트를 기저층으로 형성하고,상기 기저층 상부로 입도 0.1~15㎜의 칼라스톤 100중량부에 열가소성 무색 아스팔트 5~35중량부, 광개시제 0.1~3중량부로 혼합되어 제조되는 칼라스톤층이 적층되어 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라스톤 포장체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 칼라스톤은 콩자갈, 종석, 규사등의 자연석이나 화강암, 대리암 계통의 폐석을 파쇄, 칼라 도장된 인조석 중 하나 또는 2이상을 혼합하여 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라스톤 포장체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 칼라스톤층의 두께는 1~5㎝이고, 상기 기저층의 두께는 3~15㎝인 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라스톤 포장체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 광개시제는 벤조산 나트륨(Sodium benzoate) 또는 벤조페논(benzophenone)인 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라스톤 포장체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 칼라스톤 포장체의 표면에 0.3~1.2㎜ 의 돌가루를 도포하는 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라스톤 포장체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 기저층에 유면접착제를 도포하고 칼라스톤층이 적층되는 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라스톤 포장체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 기저층과 칼라스톤층 사이에 프라이머층이 더 추가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라스톤 포장체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 혼합골재를 굵은골재 45~85 중량%, 잔골재 10~45 중량%, 채움재 5~10 중량%로 사용하여 내유동성을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라스톤 포장체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 혼합골재를 굵은골재 70~90 중량%, 잔골재 7~27 중량%, 채움재 3~8 중량%로 사용하여 투수성을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라스톤 포장체.
- 칼라스톤 포장체를 포장하는 포장방법에 있어서,폐아스팔트콘크리트 재생골재와 일반골재를 중량비 10:90~80:20로 혼합한 혼합골재 100 중량부에, 아스팔트 60~95 중량%, 탈경화 고무분말 4.8~35 중량%, 폴리인산 0.2~5 중량%를 혼합하여 제조되는 개질 아스팔트 4~12 중량부, 폐백토 0.5~10중량부를 혼합하여 제조되는 재생 개질아스팔트콘크리트를 3~15㎝로 포장하여 기저층을 형성하는 제1공정과;상기 기저층 상부에 입도 0.1~15㎜의 칼라스톤 100중량부에 열가소성 무색 아스팔트 5~35중량부, 광개시제 0.1~3중량부로 혼합된 칼라스톤층을 1~5㎝로 포장하여 칼라스톤층을 형성하는 제2공정으로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라스톤 포장체의 포장방법.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 제2공정 후, 열가소성 무색 아스팔트의 경화전 0.3~1.2㎜ 의 돌가루를 1㎡ 당 200~800g 도포하는 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라스톤 포장체의 포장방법.
