Claims (3)
- 복수의 기록 레이어들을 갖는 다중 레이어 정보 기록 매체로서,사용자 데이터를 기록하기 위한 사용자 데이터 영역으로서, 상기 복수의 기록 레이어들 중 적어도 2개에 형성되어 있는, 상기 사용자 데이터 영역과,상기 사용자 데이터 영역의 결함 영역을 관리하는 정보인 결함 리스트를 저장하기 위한 결함 리스트 저장 영역과,상기 결함 영역의 대체를 위한 대체 영역을 구비하고,상기 결함 리스트 저장 영역은, 상기 복수의 기록 레이어들 중의 소정의 레이어에 있고,상기 결함 리스트는 상기 소정의 레이어의 결함 영역 및 상기 소정의 레이어 이외의 기록 레이어의 결함 영역을 관리하는 정보이고,상기 소정의 레이어 이외의 기록 레이어 중 적어도 1개는, 상기 결함 리스트 저장 영역이 사용 불가능한 경우에, 상기 결함 리스트가 저장되는 예비 결함 리스트 저장 영역을 구비하고,상기 결함 리스트는 결함 엔트리 정보를 갖고,상기 결함 엔트리 정보는, 상기 결함 영역이 대체되었는지의 여부를 나타내는 대체 상태 플래그와, 상기 결함 영역의 위치 정보와, 상기 대체 영역의 위치 정보를 포함하고,상기 결함 영역이 대체되어 있지 않은 경우, 상기 대체 영역의 위치 정보의 값은 0인, 다중 레이어 정보 기록 매체.
- 제 1 항에 기재된 다중 레이어 정보 기록 매체에 정보를 기록하기 위한 기록 장치로서, 상기 기록 장치는,상기 결함 리스트를 기록하는 결함 리스트 기록 수단과,상기 결함 엔트리 정보를 기록하는 결함 엔트리 정보 기록 수단을 구비하고,상기 결함 리스트 기록 수단은, 상기 결함 리스트 저장 영역이 사용 불가능한 경우에, 상기 결함 리스트를 상기 예비 결함 리스트 저장 영역에 기록하고,상기 결함 엔트리 정보 기록 수단은, 상기 결함 영역이 대체되어 있지 않은 경우에, 상기 대체 영역의 위치 정보의 값으로서 0을 기록하는, 기록 장치.
- 제 1 항에 기재된 다중 레이어 정보 기록 매체에 기록된 정보를 재생하기 위한 재생 장치로서, 상기 재생 장치는,상기 결함 리스트를 재생하는 결함 리스트 재생 수단과,상기 결함 엔트리 정보를 재생하는 결함 엔트리 정보 재생 수단을 구비하고,상기 결함 리스트 재생 수단은, 상기 재생 리스트 저장 영역이 사용 불가능한 경우에, 상기 결함 리스트를 상기 예비 결함 리스트 저장 영역으로부터 재생하고,상기 결함 엔트리 정보 재생 수단은, 상기 대체 영역의 위치 정보의 값이 0인 경우에, 상기 결함 영역이 대체되어 있지 않은 것으로 결정하는, 재생 장치.
