Claims (7)
- FEC(Forward Error Correction) 기능을 실현하는 통신 장치로서,수신 프레임인 IEEE802.3ah에 규정된 FEC 프레임과 송신시에 부가된 경계 식별용 패턴인 T_FEC 패턴과의 비교 처리를, 시간을 어긋나게 하여 마련된 복수의 검출창마다 실행하고, 차례대로 검출창 내의 패턴과 T_FEC 패턴과의 부호 거리를 산출하는 T_FEC 패턴 비교 수단과,상기 검출창마다 산출되는 부호 거리의 대소를 비교하고, 그 비교 결과에 근거하여, IEEE802.3 프레임-FEC 패리티간의 경계 식별용 코드 T_FEC를 검출하는 부호 거리 비교 수단과,상기 검출 결과에 근거하여, 상기 FEC 프레임에 있어서의 T_FEC의 검출 위치(경계)를 나타내는 신호인 T_FEC 경계 신호를 생성하는 경계 신호 생성 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 통신 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 복수의 검출창은, 인접하는 검출창의 일부가 겹치도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 통신 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 T_FEC 패턴 비교 수단은, 2개의 검출창을 이용하여 각각 상기 비교 처 리를 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 통신 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 T_FEC 패턴 비교 수단은, 3개의 검출창을 이용하여 각각 상기 비교 처리를 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 통신 장치.
- FEC(Forward Error Correction) 기능을 실현하는 통신 장치로서,수신 프레임인 IEEE802.3ah에 규정된 FEC 프레임에 있어서, IEEE802.3 프레임의 프레임 개시 식별용 코드 S_FEC를 검출하는 S_FEC 검출 수단과,상기 FEC 프레임에 있어서, IEEE802.3 프레임-FEC 패리티간의 경계 식별용 코드 T_FEC를 검출하는 T_FEC 검출 수단과,상기 S_FEC가 검출된 시점부터 IEEE802.3 프레임 길이의 계수(計數)를 시작하고, 그 후, 상기 T_FEC가 검출된 시점에서 IEEE802.3 프레임 길이의 계수를 정지하는 처리를, 상기 T_FEC 검출 수단에 의해 검출된 T_FEC마다 실행하고, 상기 프레임 길이의 계수 결과를 상기 검출된 T_FEC 단위로 출력하는 프레임 길이 계수 수단과,상기 T_FEC 검출 수단에 의해 검출된 T_FEC 단위로, 상기 프레임 길이 계수 결과에 근거하는 패리티 길이의 확인 처리 및 패리티 후의 T_FEC의 검출 처리를 행하는 복수의 패리티 길이 확인 수단과,상기 패리티 후의 T_FEC를 검출할 수 있었던 패리티 길이 확인 수단이 존재 하는 경우, 상기 S_FEC와 상기 T_FEC의 검출 위치가 정확하다고 판단하고, 상기 FEC 프레임에 있어서의 IEEE802.3 프레임과 패리티의 경계를 나타내는 신호인 프레임 경계 신호를 생성하는 프레임 경계 신호 생성 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 통신 장치.
- FEC(Forward Error Correction) 기능을 실현하는 통신 장치로서,수신 프레임인 IEEE802.3ah에 규정된 FEC 프레임으로부터, IEEE802.3 프레임의 프레임 개시 식별용 코드 S_FEC 및 IEEE802.3 프레임-FEC 패리티간의 경계 식별용 코드 T_FEC를 검출하고, 가능성이 있는 모든 FEC 프레임 경계 신호(FEC 프레임에 있어서의 IEEE802.3 프레임과 패리티의 경계를 나타내는 신호를 나타냄)를 생성하는 FEC 프레임 경계 검출 수단과,상기 생성된 FEC 프레임 경계 신호 단위로, 상기 FEC 프레임에 대하여 FEC 복호화 처리를 행하고, 그 복호에 의해 얻어지는 오류 정정수를 출력하는 복호화 수단과,상기 각 복호화 수단으로부터 수취한 오류 정정수의 대소를 비교하고, 오류 정정수가 가장 작은 복호 결과를 출력하는 출력 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 통신 장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 T_FEC의 검출 처리로서, 청구항 1에 기재된 T_FEC 패턴 비교 수단과 부호 거리 비교 수단에 의해 행해지는 T_FEC 검출 처리를 적용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 통신 장치.
