Claims (2)
- 수중 바닥에 설치되어 상부 구조를 지지하는 기초단(10)과;상기 기초단 위에 콘크리트로 구축되며 외해로부터 파랑을 막는 방파제(20)와;상기 방파제의 상부에 설치되어 바람에 의해 회전하여 발전하는 풍력발전수단(30)과;상기 방파제의 내부에 설치되어 해수의 수위에 따라 조류력과 파력에 의해 회전함으로써 발전하는 조류력 및 파력 겸용 발전수단(40)을 포함하고,상기 방파제는, 상기 기초단 위에 안착되어 구조체의 안정을 도모하는 바닥부(21), 상기 바닥부의 중앙부에서 상부로 돌출 형성되며 내부에 상기 풍력발전수단의 포스트(31)가 설치되도록 상부가 개방된 포스트홈(22)을 갖는 풍력발전수용부(23), 상기 풍력발전수용부의 양측에 일정 간격을 두고 세워진 측벽부(24)를 통해 각각 전후 및 상부가 개방되도록 형성되며 상기 조류력 및 파력 겸용 발전수단이 안착되는 탑재부(25), 상기 탑재부에 삽입되어 상기 조류력 및 파력 겸용 발전수단의 높이를 조정하는 하나 이상의 높이조정블록(27), 상기 탑재부의 상부를 덮는 한 쌍의 콘크리트 덮개(26)를 포함하고,상기 풍력발전수용부의 양측면과 상기 측벽에는 각각 키홈(23a,24a)이 형성되며, 상기 조류력 및 파력 겸용 발전수단의 터빈블록(42)과 높이조정블록의 양측에는 각각 상기 키홈에 끼워지는 키돌기(42a,27a)가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 방파제를 활용한 조류력 및 파력발전 겸용 해상풍력 발전장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 풍력발전수용부의 포스트홈 주변에 상부로 돌출되도록 매설되는 다수의 앵커볼트(28), 상기 풍력발전수단의 포스트의 둘레부를 감싸면서 상기 앵커볼트에 체결되며 하나 이상의 그라우팅홀(29a)이 구비되어 상기 풍력발전수용부의 포스트홈 내부에 막는 그라우팅 덮개(29), 상기 그라우팅 덮개의 그라우팅홀을 통해 상기 풍력발전수용부의 포스트홈 내부에 충진되어 상기 풍력발전장치의 포스트를 고정하는 그라우트재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방파제를 활용한 조류력 및 파력발전 겸용 해상풍력 발전장치.
