- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1, 제2 및 제3 차동 기어 세트는 유성 기어 세트인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 가변 트랜스미션.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 유성 기어 세트 각각의 캐리어는 단일 피니언 캐리어인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 가변 트랜스미션.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 유성 기어 세트의 적어도 하나의 캐리어는 2중 피니언 캐리어인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 가변 트랜스미션.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 고정된 전진 속도비의 일부를 구축하도록 회전을 선택적으로 제동하기 위하여 상기 제1 및 제2 전동기/발전기 중 다른 하나와 병렬로 연결된 전동기 브레이크와 같은 제5 토크 전송 장치를 더 포함하며,상기 제1 및 제2 전동기/발전기 중 상기 다른 하나가 상기 제5 토크 전송 장치에 의해 제동될 수 있게 하기 위하여 상기 제1, 제2, 제3, 제4 및 제5 토크 전송 장치 중 어느 것도 결합될 필요가 없는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 가변 트랜스미션.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1, 제2, 제3 및 제4 토크 전송 장치와 상기 제1 및 제2 전동기/발전기는 상기 전기 가변 트랜스미션에서 배터리 후진 모드, EVT 후진 모드, 후진 및 전진 모드, 연속 가변 트랜스미션 범위 모드, 및 고정비 모드를 포함하는 5가지 동작 모드를 제공하도록 동작 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 가변 트랜스미션.
- 엔진으로부터 동력을 제공받기 위한 입력 부재;출력 부재;제1 및 제2 전동기/발전기;제1, 제2 및 제3 부재를 각각 구비한 제1, 제2 및 제3 차동 기어 세트 - 상기 입력 부재는 상기 기어 세트의 적어도 하나의 부재와 연속적으로 연결되며, 상기 출력 부재는 상기 기어 세트의 다른 부재에 연속적으로 연결됨;상기 제1 기어 세트의 제1 부재를 상기 제2 기어 세트의 제1 부재와 연속적으로 연결하는 제1 상호 연결 부재;상기 제1 기어 세트의 제2 부재를 상기 제2 기어 세트의 제2 부재 및 상기 제3 기어 세트의 제2 부재와 연속적으로 연결하는 제2 상호 연결 부재 - 상기 제1 전동기/발전기는 상기 제1 상호 연결 부재와 연속적으로 연결되고, 상기 제2 전동기/발전기는 상기 제2 또는 제3 기어 세트의 한 부재와 연속적으로 연결됨; 및상기 제1, 제2 또는 제3 기어 세트의 부재들을 접지 또는 상기 유성 기어 세트의 다른 부재들과 선택적으로 상호 연결하는 제1, 제2, 제3 및 제4 토크 전송 장치 - 상기 제1, 제2, 제3 및 제4 토크 전송 장치는 상기 입력 부재와 상기 출력 부재 사이의 연속적으로 가변하는 속도비 범위와 4개의 고정된 전진 속도비를 전기 가변 트랜스미션에 제공하기 위하여 단독으로 또는 쌍으로 사용가능함;를 포함하고,상기 제4 토크 전송 장치는 상기 고정된 전진 속도비의 일부를 구축하기 위하여 선택적으로 제동하도록 상기 제1 및 제2 전동기/발전기 중 하나와 병렬로 연결되고,상기 제1 및 제2 전동기/발전기 중 상기 하나가 상기 제4 토크 전송 장치에 의해 제동될 수 있게 하기 위하여 상기 제1, 제2, 제3 및 제4 토크 전송 장치 중 어느 것도 결합될 필요가 없는 전기 가변 트랜스미션.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 제1, 제2 및 제3 차동 기어 세트는 유성 기어 세트이고, 상기 제1 토크 전송 장치는 상기 제1 또는 제2 유성 기어 세트의 한 부재를 상기 제1 또는 제3 유성 기어 세트의 다른 부재와 선택적으로 연결하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 가변 트랜스미션.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 제2 토크 전송 장치는 상기 제3 유성 기어 세트의 한 부재를 상기 제1, 제2 또는 제3 유성 기어 세트의 다른 부재와 선택적으로 연결하며, 상기 제2 토크 전송 장치에 의해 연결된 부재 쌍은 상기 제1 토크 전송 장치에 의해 연결된 부재 쌍과는 상이한 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 가변 트랜스미션.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 제3 토크 전송 장치는 상기 제2 또는 제3 유성 기어 세트의 한 부재를 고정 부재와 선택적으로 연결하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 가변 트랜스미션.
- 삭제
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 유성 기어 세트 각각의 캐리어들은 단일 피니언 캐리어인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 가변 트랜스미션.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 유성 기어 세트의 적어도 하나의 캐리어는 2중 피니언 캐리어인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 가변 트랜스미션.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 고정된 전진 속도비 중 일부를 구축하기 위하여 회전을 선택적으로 제동하도록 상기 제1 및 제2 전동기/발전기 중 다른 하나와 병렬로 연결된 전동기 브레이크와 같은 제5 토크 전송 장치를 더 포함하며,상기 제1 및 제2 전동기/발전기 중 상기 다른 하나가 상기 제5 토크 전송 장치에 의해 제동될 수 있게 하기 위하여 상기 제1, 제2, 제3, 제4 및 제5 토크 전송 장치 중 어느 것도 결합될 필요가 없는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 가변 트랜스미션.
- 엔진으로부터 동력을 제공받기 위한 입력 부재;출력 부재;제1 및 제2 전동기/발전기;제1, 제2 및 제3 부재를 각각 구비한 제1, 제2 및 제3 차동 기어 세트 - 상기 입력 부재는 상기 기어 세트의 적어도 하나의 부재와 연속적으로 연결되며, 상기 출력 부재는 상기 기어 세트의 다른 부재에 연속적으로 연결됨;상기 제1 기어 세트의 제1 부재를 상기 제2 기어 세트의 제1 부재와 연속적으로 연결하는 제1 상호 연결 부재;상기 제1 기어 세트의 제2 부재를 상기 제2 기어 세트의 제2 부재 및 상기 제3 기어 세트의 제2 부재와 연속적으로 연결하는 제2 상호 연결 부재 - 상기 제1 전동기/발전기는 상기 제1 상호 연결 부재와 연속적으로 연결되고, 상기 제2 전동기/발전기는 상기 제2 또는 제3 기어 세트의 한 부재와 연속적으로 연결됨; 및상기 제1, 제2 또는 제3 기어 세트의 부재들을 고정 부재 또는 상기 유성 기어 세트의 다른 부재들과 선택적으로 상호 연결하는 제1, 제2, 제3 및 제4 토크 전송 장치;를 포함하고,상기 제1, 제2, 제3, 제4 및 제5 토크 전송 장치는 상기 입력 부재와 상기 출력 부재 사이에서 연속적으로 가변하는 속도비 범위와 4개의 고정된 전진 속도비를 전기 가변 트랜스미션에 제공하기 위하여 단독으로 또는 2개가 결합되어 사용가능하며,상기 제4 토크 전송 장치는 상기 고정된 전진 속도비의 일부를 구축하는데 사용하기 위하여 회전을 선택적으로 제동하도록 상기 제1 및 제2 전동기/발전기 중 하나와 병렬로 연결되며,상기 제1 및 제2 전동기/발전기 중 상기 하나가 상기 제4 토크 전송 장치에 의해 제동되게 하기 위하여 상기 제1, 제2, 제3, 제4 및 제5 토크 전송 장치 중 어느 것도 결합될 필요가 없게 구성되며,상기 제5 토크 전송 장치는 상기 고정된 전진 속도비의 일부를 구축하는데 사용하기 위하여 회전을 선택적으로 제동하도록 상기 제1 및 제2 전동기/발전기 중 다른 하나와 병렬로 연결되며,상기 제1 및 제2 전동기/발전기 중 상기 다른 하나가 상기 제5 토크 전송 장치에 의해 제동되게 하기 위하여 상기 제1, 제2, 제3, 제4 및 제5 토크 전송 장치 중 어느 것도 결합될 필요가 없게 구성된 전기 가변 트랜스미션.
