Claims (7)
- 각각 외부와 관통된 시료투입구와 시료배출구가 구비되고, 시료투입구와 시료배출구가 폐쇄된 채널에 의해 연통된 구조를 갖는 유체분석용 칩으로서, 상기 채널의 1쌍의 대응하는 내벽이 채널 길이를 따라 일부 또는 전부에서 보다 더 넓은 단면적을 갖도록 구비된 확장부와 인접하여, 채널을 통과하는 유체가 다른 1쌍의 대응하는 채널 내벽에만 접하여 이동하는, 유체분석용 칩.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 채널은 소정의 폭과 깊이를 갖고 길이방향을 따라 연장된 채널홈이 구비된 제 1기판과 제 2기판이 결합되어 형성되고, 상기 제 1기판에는 채널홈과 연통되는 시료투입구가 형성되며, 상기 확장부는 상기 제 1기판에 채널홈의 깊이보다 깊게 함몰되는 확장홈으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 유체분석용 칩.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 채널은 제 1기판과 소정의 폭과 깊이를 갖고 길이방향을 따라 연장된 채널홈이 구비된 제 2기판이 결합되어 형성되고, 상기 제 1기판에는 채널홈과 연통되는 시료투입구가 형성되며, 상기 확장부는 상기 제 2기판에 상기 채널홈의 깊이보다 깊게 함몰되는 확장홈으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 유체분석용 칩.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 채널은 소정의 폭과 깊이를 갖고 길이방향을 따라 연장된 채널홈이 구비된 제 1기판과 제 2기판이 결합되어 형성되고, 상기 제 1기판에는 채널홈과 연통되는 시료투입구가 형성되며, 상기 확장부는 상기 제 1기판의 상기 채널홈을 따라 구간별로 관통된 확장공으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 유체분석용 칩.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 확장부는 상기 채널과 접하는 내측면이 상기 채널을 향할수록 깊이가 얕아지게 기울어지는 경사면으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 유체분석용 칩.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 각각 서로 다른 시료투입구와 시료배출구와 연통하는 채널이 2개 이상 구비됨을 특징으로 하는 유체분석용 칩.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하나의 시료투입구와 하나의 시료배출구가 2개 이상의 채널에 의해 연통됨을 특징으로 하는 유체분석용 칩.
