- 투석 기계(1)에서의 체외 혈액 처리 중에 정맥 주사 바늘(13)이 환자(P)로부터 분리되었는가를 감지하기 위한 장치로서, 상기 투석 기계는 정맥 분기부(10)가 마련되어 있는 체외 혈액 회로(2)를 포함하며, 상기 정맥 분기부는 환자(P)의 심장혈관계에 접속하기 위한 정맥 주사 바늘(13)에 연결되어 있는 것인 장치(14)에 있어서,- 체외 혈액 회로(2)의 외부에 있으며, 환자(P) 및 정맥 분기부(10)의 부분과 조합되어, 폐루프 경로(P1)를 따라 연장되는 전기 회로(37)를 형성하는 전선(21, 22, 23)과,- 상기 전기 회로(37)에서 흐르는 전류와 상관된 신호를 검출하도록 전선(21, 22, 23)과 상호 작용하는 센서(17)와,- 상기 전기 회로(37)의 개방을 감지하도록 상기 신호를 처리하는 신호 처리 수단(15)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 정맥 분기부(10)는 필터(4)와 정맥 주사 바늘(13) 사이에서 연장되고, 상기 체외 혈액 회로(2)는 상기 정맥 분기부(10)에 위치된 점적기(11)를 구비하며, 상기 전선(21, 22, 23)은 한 지점에서 상기 체외 혈액 회로(2)에 연결되고, 상기 지점은 상기 점적기(11)와 정맥 주사 바늘(13) 사이에서 정맥 분기부(10)에 위치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제13항 또는 제14항에 있어서, 상기 전선(21, 22, 23)은 접지되어 있고, 상기 환자(P)도 접지되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제13항 또는 제14항에 있어서, 상기 회로(37)에 교류를 공급하기 위한 교류 전압 발생기(16)를 구비하며, 환자(P)와 어스(earth)가 커패시터의 양측판으로서 작용하도록 상기 교류 전압은 10 kHz 이상의 고주파수를 갖고, 상기 전선(21, 22, 23)은 접지되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.

- 제13항 또는 제14항에 있어서, 상기 전선(21, 22, 23)과 신호 처리 수단(15)의 효율을 시험하기 위한 수단(24, 25, 26)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제21항에 있어서, 상기 전선(21, 22, 23)은 그 전선을 정맥 분기부(10)로부터 연결 해제하기 위한 선택기(24)를 구비하며, 이 선택기는 정맥 주사 바늘(13)의 분리를 모의 실험하기 위해, 상기 전선(21, 22, 23)을, 정맥 주사 바늘(13)이 연결된 상태에서 환자(P)와 정맥 분기부(10)의 부분의 총 임피던스와 등가인 제1 시험 임피던스(Z4)와, 정맥 주사 바늘(13)이 연결 해제된 상태에서 환자(P)와 정맥 분기부(10)의 부분의 총 임피던스와 등가인 제2 시험 임피던스(Z5)에 선택적으로 접속시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제13항 또는 제14항에 있어서, 상기 전선(21, 22, 23)을 정맥 분기부(10)에 연결하기 위한 용량성 커플링을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제23항에 있어서, 상기 용량성 커플링은 상기 정맥 분기부(10)의 둘레에 위치된 링(36)을 적어도 구비하는 전극(35)을 포함하며, 상기 링(36)과 혈액은 커패시터의 판에 대응하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제24항에 있어서, 상기 용량성 커플링은 상기 정맥 분기부의 둘레에 배치되어 있는 복수의 링을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제23항에 있어서, 상기 정맥 분기부는 투명한 플라스틱 재료로 제조된 경질 박스를 포함하고, 용량성 커플링은 상기 경질 박스와 접촉하게 위치된 판형 도전성 요소에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
