Claims (3)
- (a) 특정 기재에 대한 제 1 공진 주파수 기준선 및 목적하는 양의 중합체로 코팅된 상기 기재에 대한 제 2 공진 주파수 기준선을 설정하는 단계;(b) 액상 중합체 도포 수단으로 액상 중합체를 상기 기재에 도포하는 단계;(c) 상기 코팅된 기재를 공진 공동 감지기에 통과시키는 단계;(d) 상기 공진 공동 감지기를 이용하여 기재에 도포된 액상 중합체의 양을 감지하는 단계;(e) 상기 코팅된 기재를 진공 수단에 통과시키는 단계;(f) 상기 진공 수단으로 상기 기재로부터 과량의 중합체를 제거하는 단계; 및(g) 상기 기재 상의 중합체의 양이 목적하는 양보다 높으면 진공도를 증가시키고 목적하는 양보다 낮으면 진공도를 강하시키도록 상기 공진 주파수 기준선들을 사용하여 진공 수단 내의 진공도를 조절하거나, 또는상기 기재 상의 중합체의 양이 목적하는 양보다 높으면 기재의 통과 속도를 증가시키고 목적하는 양보다 낮으면 기재의 통과 속도를 강하시키도록 상기 공진 주파수 기준선들을 사용하여 액상 중합체 도포 수단 및 진공 수단을 통과하는 기재의 통과 속도를 조절하는 단계를 순서대로 포함하는 기재로의 액상 중합체의 도포방법.
