Claims (23)

- (R)-2-(4-이소부틸페닐)-N-(3-디메틸아미노프로필) 프로피온아마이드 염산염.
- (R)-2-(4-이소부틸페닐)-N-3-(1-피페리디닐프로필) 프로피온아마이드 염산염.
- 제 1항에 있어서, R1과 R2는 수소이외의 작용기인 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
- 제 13항에 있어서, X는 선형 C2-C4 알킬렌인 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 다핵 백혈구와 단핵구의 C5a-유도된 주화성의 저해활성을 갖는 약물의 제조에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 다핵 백혈구와 단핵구의 C5a-유도된 주화성 및 다핵 백혈구의 인터루킨 8-유도된 주화성의 저해활성을 갖는 약물의 제조에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
- 제 16항 또는 17항에 있어서, 건선, 천포창과 유천포창, 류머티스 관절염, 장내 만성 염증 질환, 급성 호흡 곤란 증후군, 특발성 섬유증, 낭포성 섬유증, 만성 폐색성 폐 질환(COPD), 또는 사구체신염의 치료를 위한 약물의 제조에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
- 제 16항 또는 17항에 있어서, 허혈과 재관류에 의해 유발된 손상의 예방과 치료를 위한 약물의 제조에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
- 제 1항, 4항, 9항, 10항, 11항, 12항, 13항, 14항중 어느 한 항에 따른 화합물 및 통상적으로 이용되는 담체를 함유하고, 건선, 천포창과 유천포창, 류머티스 관절염, 장내 만성 염증 질환, 급성 호흡 곤란 증후군, 특발성 섬유증, 낭포성 섬유증, 만성 폐색성 폐 질환(COPD), 또는 사구체신염의 치료를 위한 제약학적 조성물.
- 제 18항에 있어서, 만성 염증 질환은 궤양성 대장염인 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
- 제 20항에 있어서, 만성 염증 질환은 궤양성 대장염인 것을 특징으로 하는 제약학적 조성물.
