Claims (12)
- 양극/분리막/음극 구조의 스택형 또는 스택/폴딩형 전극조립체로서, 전극조립체를 구성하는 각각의 전극판에는 활물질이 도포되어 있지 않은 탭(전극 탭)이 돌출되어 있고, 상기 전극 탭들이 적층되어 있는 일측 단부에는 전극 탭들을 전기적으로 연결하기 위한 전극리드가 위치되어 있으며,상기 전극 탭과 결합되는 전극리드는 평면상에서 단부의 양측과 수직 단면상에서 단부의 외주면이 각각 라운딩 구조로 이루어져 있고, 상기 전극리드 단부 양측은 전극리드 폭의 1/20 내지 1/3 크기의 반경으로 라운딩되어 있으며, 상기 전극리드 단부 외주면은 전극리드 두께의 1/5 내지 1/2 크기의 반경으로 라운딩되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극조립체.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 라운딩 구조는 기계적 처리 또는 화학적 처리에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전극리드는 금속 플레이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 전극조립체.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 금속 플레이트는 알루미늄 플레이트, 구리 플레이트, 니켈 플레이트, 니켈이 코팅된 구리 플레이트, 및 SUS 플레이트로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 또는 그 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 전극조립체.
- 제 1 항 및 제 6 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 하나에 따른 전극조립체를 포함하는 것으로 구성된 전기화학 셀.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 전기화학 셀은 이차전지 또는 캐패시터인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학 셀.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 이차전지는 금속층과 수지층을 포함하는 라미네이트 시트의 전지케이스에 전극조립체가 밀봉된 상태로 내장되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학 셀.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 이차전지는 고출력 대용량의 전지팩에 사용되는 단위전지인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학 셀.
