Claims (12)
- (a) PET(Polyethylene terephtahalate)를 수평압출 장치의 제1압출부에서 용융 압출하는 단계;(b) 상기 용융 압출된 PET가 다이(die)부 방향으로 이송되면서 다이부 측면에 설치된 제2압출부에 저융점PET 및 우레탄의 수지 혼합물을 주입하여 PET에 수지 혼합물이 접착층을 형성하도록 수평으로 이중 압출 하는 단계;(c) 상기 수평으로 이중 압출되어 접착층이 형성된 PET를 복수의 온도프로파일을 갖는 다단계 제1냉각부에서의 수평 냉각단계; 및(d) 상기 수평 냉각단계를 거친 접착층이 형성된 PET를 가공하는 단계;를 포함하는 PET의 수평압출 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 냉각단계는 오일에 의한 냉각부 또는 전기에 의한 냉각부를 이용한 것인 PET의 수평압출 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 냉각단계 진행 후 형태안정화를 위한 제2 냉각단계를 더 포함하는 PET의 수평압출 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 가공은 상기 접착층이 형성된 PET에 접착제를 도포후 기능성소재를 접착하여 압착하는 방법을 포함하는 PET의 수평압출 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 접착제는 에폭시, 폴리우레탄, 페놀, FRP(Fiber Reinforced Plastics), 고무접착제 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 PET의 수평압출 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 기능성소재는 유리섬유, 탄소섬유, 알루미늄, 철, 고무, 직물 및 이들의 혼합재로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 PET의 수평압출 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 압착은 프레스압착 또는 롤압착 방법인 PET의 수평압출 방법.
- PET를 주입하여 용융하는 제1압출부;상기 제1압출부 말단의 다이부 측면에 위치하여 저융점PET 및 우레탄의 수지 혼합물을 주입하는 제2압출부를 포함하여 수평으로 이중압출되는 수평 다이부;상기 수평 다이부로 배출되는 저융점PET 및 우레탄의 수지 혼합물이 접착층으로 형성된 PET를 냉각하며, 다이부와 일체로 복수의 온도 프로파일을 갖는 수평 으로 형성된 다단계 제1냉각부; 및상기 냉각부를 거친 접착층이 형성된 PET의 제품화를 위해 가공하는 가공부;를 포함하는 PET의 수평압출 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 냉각부는 오일에 의한 냉각부 또는 전기에 의한 냉각부를 포함하는 제1냉각부를 이용하는 PET의 수평압출 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 냉각부를 거친 후 형태안정화를 위해 추가로 제2냉각부를 더 포함하는 PET의 수평압출 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 가공부는 상기 접착층이 형성된 PET에 인발부, 건조부, 기능성소재 투입부, 접착부 및 압착부를 포함하는 PET의 수평압출 장치.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 압착부는 프레스압착 또는 롤압착인 PET의 수평압출 장치.
