Claims (5)
- 바닥 및 측면에 용융아연의 유입을 위한 개구를 각각 구비한 외부용기; 상기 외부용기내의 바닥 개구를 덮을 수 있는 크기로 상기 외부 용기의 바닥 개구상부에 부착된 원반상 알루미늄 불화물 압분체; 상기 알루미늄 불화물 압분체 상부에 고정 장착되고 도가니 형태로 가공하여 삽입한 형석(CaF2)계의 고체전해질; 상기 고체전해질 내부에 장입된 참조극; 상기 고체전해질의 상부에 고정 부착된 원통형의 제1석영관; 상기 제1석영관의 외부에 고정 부착된 내경이 더 큰 제2석영관; 상기 제1석영관을 통하여 상기 고체전해질내로 설치된 전극으로서의 제1리드선; 상기 제1석영관과 제2석영관의 사이에서 아연 도금욕과 접촉가능하게 제2석영관 외부로 노출되도록 구비된 제2리드선;을 포함하되,상기 형석계의 고체전해질 내부에 장입된 참조극의 공기에 의한 산화를 방지하기 위하여 상기 제1석영관 내부에 상기 제1석영관보다 직경이 작은 제3석영관을 삽입하여 형석 직상부까지 아르곤(Ar) 가스를 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 불소의 평형을 이용하는 아연도금욕의 알루미늄 농도 측정 센서.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 참조극은 비스무스(Bi)와 비스무스 불화물(BiF3) 또는 아연(Zn)과 아연불화물(ZnF2)을 혼합한 것으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 불소의 평형을 이용하는 아연도금욕의 알루미늄 농도 측정 센서.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1, 제2리드선은 용융아연, 알루미늄 불화물, 참조전극과 반응 및 용해하지 않는 물질로써, C, W, Mo, Re, Ta, Ir, Os 중 어느 하나로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 불소의 평형을 이용하는 아연도금욕의 알루미늄 농도 측정 센서.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 외부용기와 형석 고체전해질 사이에는 알루미늄 불화물을 펠렛형태로 성형하여 삽입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 불소의 평형을 이용하는 아연도금욕의 알루미늄 농도 측정 센서.
