Claims (7)
- 압전 기판; 및상기 압전 기판 위에 탄성 표면파의 전파 방향을 따라 배열된 두 개의 빗살형(comb-shape) 전극부들을 갖는 제1 탄성 표면파 필터 및 제2 탄성 표면파 필터를 포함하며,상기 제1 탄성 표면파 필터 및 제2탄성 표면파 필터는 상기 압전 기판 위에 배열되어 평형-불평형 변환 기능을 가지며,상기 제1탄성 표면파 필터 및 제2탄성 표면파 필터가 극성이 서로 반대되는 빗살형 전극부를 각각 포함함으로써 상기 제1 탄성 표면파 필터 및 제2탄성 표면파 필터의 위상은 서로 180°오프셋 되며,상기 제1 탄성 표면파 필터의 인접한 빗살형 전극부들 각각의 최외곽 전극지들 중 한 전극지는 신호 단자에 접속되며, 상기 한 전극지 외의 다른 전극지(상기 한 전극지와 마주보는 전극지)는 접지 단자에 접속되며,상기 제2 탄성 표면파 필터의 인접한 빗살형 전극부들 각각의 최외곽 전극지들은 모두 신호 단자에 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성 표면파 장치.
- 압전 기판; 및상기 압전 기판 위에 탄성 표면파의 전파 방향을 따라 배열된 세 개의 빗살형(comb-shape) 전극부들을 갖는 제1 탄성 표면파 필터 및 제2 탄성 표면파 필터를 포함하며,상기 제1 탄성 표면파 필터 및 제2탄성 표면파 필터는 상기 압전 기판 위에 배열되어 평형-불평형 변환 기능을 가지며,상기 제1탄성 표면파 필터 및 제2탄성 표면파 필터가 극성이 서로 반대되는 빗살형 전극부를 각각 포함함으로써 상기 제1 탄성 표면파 필터 및 제2탄성 표면파 필터의 위상은 서로 180°오프셋 되며,상기 제1 탄성 표면파 필터의 인접한 빗살형 전극부들 각각의 최외곽 전극지들 중 한 전극지는 신호 단자에 접속되며, 상기 한 전극지 외의 다른 전극지(상기 한 전극지와 마주보는 전극지)는 접지 단자에 접속되며,상기 제2 탄성 표면파 필터의 인접한 빗살형 전극부들 각각의 최외곽 전극지들은 모두 신호 단자에 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성 표면파 장치.
