- 타이어 내면의 적어도 트레드부에 대응하는 영역에 점착성을 갖는 실런트층을 배치한, 공기 타이어로서,상기 실런트층이 폴리이소부틸렌을 50 중량% 이상 함유하는 고무 성분 100 중량부에 대하여, 퍼옥사이드를 0.2 내지 20 중량부 배합한 고무 조성물을 열 처리하여 얻어지는 점착성 실런트로 이루어지고, 상기 실런트층의 내측에 부타디엔 고무를 함유하는 고무 조성물로 이루어지는 커버 고무층을 배치하고, 상기 커버 고무층을 구성하는 고무 조성물 중의 부타디엔 고무의 배합량이 상기 고무 조성물 중의 고무 성분의 30중량% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 타이어.

- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 실런트층의 두께가 1 내지 4mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 타이어.
- 폴리이소부틸렌을 50 중량% 이상 함유하는 고무 성분 100 중량부에 대하여, 퍼옥사이드를 0.2 내지 20 중량부 배합한 실런트용 고무 조성물의 시트를 미가황 타이어의 내면의 적어도 트레드부에 대응하는 영역에 배치하고, 또한 그 내측에 부타디엔 고무를 주성분으로 하는 고무 조성물로 이루어지는 커버 고무층을 배치하고, 상기 미가황 타이어의 가황과 동시에 상기 실런트용 고무 조성물을 열 처리하여 점착성을 갖는 실런트층을 형성하고, 상기 커버 고무층을 구성하는 고무 조성물 중의 부타디엔 고무의 배합량이 상기 고무 조성물 중의 고무 성분의 30 중량% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 타이어의 제조 방법.
