Claims (17)
- 각각의 샘플을 저장하는 샘플의 수에 상응하는 다수의 용기(20);각각의 유체와 각각의 용기를 소통시키는 샘플 수에 상응하는 다수의 펌프(40);각각의 펌프(40)와 그에 대한 각각의 용기(20) 사이에 위치하며 각각의 입자 물질을 수집하는 샘플 수에 상응하는 다수의 필터(35);상기 개개의 용기(20)를 지지하며, 적어도 샘플의 수에 상응하는 다수의 제1 리시버(102)를 구비하고, 각각의 제1 리시버에 의해 개개의 용기가 인접하여 맞물리도록 하는 제1 맞물림 요소(101); 및상기 개개의 펌프(40)를 보유하며, 제1 리시버(102)의 수에 상응하는 다수의 제2 리시버(107)를 구비하고, 각각의 제2 리시버(107)에 의해 개개의 펌프(40)가 인접하여 맞물리도록 하는 제2 맞물림 요소(103)를 포함하며,각각의 상기 제1 리시버(102) 및 제2 리시버(107) 사이의 상대적 움직임에 의해 각각의 유체에서 각각의 입자 물질이 분산되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 개개의 샘플이 각각의 입자 물질을 함유하는 유체를 포함하는 상당히 많은 수의 샘플을 동시에 처리하기 위한 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 개개의 용기(20)들이 상기 개개의 샘플들을 저장하고, 상기 개개의 펌프(40)들과 상기 개개의 필터(35)들이 각각 상기 개개의 용기와 연결되어 있고, 상기 개개의 제1 리시버(102)들이 상기 개개의 용기와 인접하여 맞물려 있고, 상기 개개의 제2 리시버(107)들이 상기 개개의 펌프(104)와 인접하여 맞물려 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 제1 리시버(102)들이 상기 제2 리시버(107)에 대해서 상대적으로 회전가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 각각의 용기(20)와 각각의 펌프 사이(40)에서 각각의 유체를 소통시키기 위한 상기 개개의 펌프(40)를 각각 작동시킬 수 있도록 상기 제1 맞물림 요소(101)가 상기 제2 맞물림 요소(103)에 대해 왕복운동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 제1 리시버(102)가 상기 제1 맞물림 요소(101)에 대해 상기 각각의 용기를 회전시키는 드라이버(121)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1항 또는 2항에 있어서,다수의 샘플에 상응하는 다수의 교반기(58)를 더 포함하며, 개개의 교반기가 각각의 펌프(40)에 대하여 고정되어 있고 각각의 샘플 내로 뻗어 있고;상기 제1 맞물림 요소(101)와 제2 맞물림 요소(103) 사이의 상기 상대적인 움직임에 의해 상기 교반기(58)가 각각의 유체에서 각각의 입자 물질을 분산시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 제2 맞물림 요소(103)가 상기 펌프를 마찰에 의해 맞물리게 하는 탄성 밴드(B)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 드라이버(121)가 일반적으로 주 드라이버(120)에 의해 회전되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- (a) 각각의 용기(20)와 각각의 펌프 사이(40)에 위치하며 각각의 입자 물질을 수집하는 각각의 필터(35)를 포함하는 개개의 펌프(40)로 개개의 용기를 덮는 단계;(b) 적어도 샘플의 수에 상응하는 다수의 제1 리시버(102)를 구비하며, 개개의 용기가 각각의 제1 리시버(102)에 의해 인접하여 맞물리도록 하는 제1 맞물림 요소(101)상에 개개의 용기(20)를 지지하는 단계;(c) 제1 리시버(102)의 수에 상응하는 다수의 제2 리시버(107)를 구비하며, 개개의 펌프(40)가 각각의 제2 리시버(107)에 의해 인접하여 맞물리도록하는 제2 맞물림 요소(103)상에 펌프(40)들을 보유하는 단계; 및(d) 상기 각각의 제2 리시버(107)에 대해 각각의 제1 리시버(102)를 서로 상대적으로 운동시켜 각각의 유체내의 각각의 입자 물질을 분산시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 개개의 용기(20)에 저장되며 각각의 입자 물질을 함유하는 각각의 유체를 포함하는 다수의 샘플을 동시에 처리할 수 있는 방법.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 상기 개개의 용기(20)들이 상기 개개의 샘플들을 저장하고, 상기 개개의 펌프(40)들과 상기 개개의 필터(35)들이 각각 상기 개개의 용기(20)와 연결되어 있고, 상기 개개의 제1 리시버(102)들이 상기 개개의 용기(20)와 인접하여 맞물려 있고, 상기 개개의 제2 리시버(107)들이 상기 개개의 펌프(40)와 인접하여 맞물려 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 9항 또는 10항에 있어서, 상기 단계 (d)가 상기 제1 리시버(102)들과 상기 제2 리시버(107)들 사이의 상대적인 회전운동을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 9항 또는 10항에 있어서, 상기 단계 (d) 이후에,각각의 용기(20)와 각각의 펌프(40) 사이에서 각각의 유체를 소통시키기 위한 상기 개개의 펌프(40)를 각각 작동시킬 수 있도록 상기 제2 맞물림 요소(103)에 대해 상기 제1 맞물림 요소(101)가 왕복운동하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 9항 또는 10항에 있어서, 상기 단계 (d)가각각의 샘플내로 뻗은 상기 각각의 펌프(40)들로부터의 각각의 프로젝션(58)으로 샘플을 교반하여, 상기 제2 맞물림 요소(103)에 대하여 상기 제1 맞물림 요소(101)를 움직임으로써 각각의 유체에서 각각의 입자 물질을 분산시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 9항 또는 10항에 있어서, 상기 단계 (d)가 통상의 드라이버(120)로 상기 제1 리시버(102)를 회전시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 10항에 있어서, 상기 제1 맞물림 요소(101)에 대해 마찰 저항 회전시키기 위한 탄성 밴드(B)를 제2 맞물림 요소(103)에 결합시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
