Claims (6)
- PDMS의 상부에 요입부를 형성하고, 하이드로겔을 채운다음, 유리판의 적정 개소에 효소나 형광물질을 부착시키고 이를 전술한 PDMS의 요입부에 덮은 후,두부에 해당하는 부분의 형상으로 빛을 통과시키는 마스크를 덮되, 전술한 효소나 형광물질의 위치가 두부 내부에 있도록 중심을 맞추고,이에 자외선램프를 조사하여 두부에 해당하는 부분을 경화시키며,경화되지 않은 부분을 PBS(BUFFER SOLUTION)에 의하여 배출, 제거되도록 하고,PDMS의 요입부에 하이드로겔에 acrylic acid가 첨가된 액제를 다시 주입하여 채우고, 그 위에 다리에 해당하는 부분의 형상으로 빛을 통과시키는 마스크를 덮은 후, 이에 다시 자외선램프를 조사하여 다리에 해당하는 부분을 경화시키며,이러한 과정으로 다리가 경화되도록 한 다음, PBS에 의하여 재차 경화되지 않은 부분을 배출시킨 다음, 유리판에 붙은 마이크로 로봇을 떼어 냄을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 로봇 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,전술한 유리판에 붙은 마이크로 로봇의 다리에 물을 떨어 뜨려 다리의 흡습성으로 유리판에서 스스로 분리되도록 함을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 로봇 제조 방법.
- 하이드로겔만으로 된 두부와, 하이드로겔에 acrylic acid를 첨가하여서 된 다리로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 로봇.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,하이드로겔만으로 된 두부에 효소가 부착됨을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 로봇.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,하이드로겔만으로 된 두부에 형광물질이 부착됨을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 로봇.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,하이드로겔만으로 된 두부에 진단, 치료를 위한 약물이 부착됨을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 로봇.
