Claims (9)
- 전해질(100), 상기 전해질(100)의 양측 면에 각각 접촉 형성되는 연료극(200) 및 공기극(300)을 포함하는 단전지(2000); 상기 단전지(2000)의 양측 면에 형성되어 각각 상기 공기극(300)에 공기를 공급하는 공급통로(510) 및 상기 연료극(200)에 연료가스를 공급하는 공급통로(520)가 형성된 분리판(500); 을 포함하여 형성되는 고체산화물 연료전지(1000)에 있어서,상기 고체산화물 연료전지(1000)는 상기 단전지(2000)의 일측 또는 양측이 상기 금속 특성을 갖는 금속지지체형 분리판(500)과 직접 접합되되,상기 단전지(2000)와 분리판(500)은 다공성 및 도전 특성을 갖는 슬러리를 접합재(900)로 하여 소결되어 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고체산화물 연료전지의 단전지와 분리판간 결합구조.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 슬러리는 금속, 세라믹 또는 금속과 세라믹 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 고체산화물 연료전지의 단전지와 분리판간 결합구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 접합재(900)는 페라이트계 금속과 NiO/YSZ가 미량 혼합된 서멧(cermet) 접합재(900)인 것을 특징으로 하는 고체산화물 연료전지의 단전지와 분리판간 결합구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 소결은 분리판(500)에 접합재(900)를 도포한 후, 상기 단전지(1000)를 올려, 1300 내지 1500 ℃의 온도로 소결하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고체산화물 연료전지의 단전지와 분리판간 결합구조.

- 제 1 항 및, 제 4 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 결합구조를 포함하는 고체산화물 연료전지(1000)로서, 상기 연료전지(1000)는 스택형으로 적층되어 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속지지체형 고체산화물 연료전지.
