Description
Claims (9)
- 전지의 비정상적인 작동으로 인한 내압 상승시 전류를 차단하고 가압 가스를 배출하는 안전벤트가 중앙 돌출형 상단 캡에 접한 구조의 캡 어셈블리를 포함하는 원통형 전지로서, 상기 안전벤트의 단부는 상단 캡의 외주면을 감싸도록 절곡되어 있고, 상기 안전벤트와 상단 캡의 계면에는 전해액의 누출 및 조립과정에서의 불량 발생 가능성을 방지하기 위한 그루브가 상단 캡의 외주면에 평행하게 형성되어 있는 것으로 구성되어 있는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 그루브는 돌기형, 단차형(계단형), 만입형, 또는 이들의 복합형 구조로서, 상단 캡을 기준으로 그것의 상단 계면 및/또는 하단 계면에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 그루브는 상단 캡의 하단 계면 상에 상단 캡의 일부가 돌출된 형태로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 그루브의 높이는 안전벤트의 두께를 기준으로 5 내지 80%인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 절곡된 안전벤트는 알루미늄으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 상단 캡 중 안전벤트가 감싸는 길이는 상단 캡의 반경을 기준으로 대략 5 내지 40%인 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 안전벤트와 상단 캡의 접촉 계면 중 적어도 한 곳으로서 상단 캡 외주면 부근의 계면에 용접을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 및 제 8 항 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 전지는 파워툴용 전원으로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이차전지.
