- 대장균에서 발현되고, 헤민(hemin)이 결합된 BchZ 단백질을 다이티오나이트(dithionite)의 환원제와 반응시켜 슈퍼옥시드 음이온을 안정적으로 생성하도록 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 슈퍼옥시드 음이온 생성 시약.
- 상기 청구항 3의 시약에 슈퍼옥시드 음이온 제거활성 후보물질과 루미놀 유도체를 가하여 발광량을 측정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 슈퍼옥시드 음이온 제거 활성 물질을 검색하는 방법.
- 상기 청구항 3의 시약에 시토크롬 C 또는 NBT(nitro blue tetrazolium)를 가하여 생성된 음이온에 의해 시토크롬 C 또는 NBT가 환원된 것을 흡광도 변화로 측정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 슈퍼옥시드 디스뮤타제의 활성을 분석하는 방법.
