Claims (7)
- 분해 촉매로서 산화성 지지체상의 2, 4, 5, 12 또는 14족 금속, 또는 이들의 조합의 염기성 금속 산화물 또는 8 내지 11족의 귀금속상에서 포름산을 분해시키는 것을 포함하는, 포름산, 시클로헥산온 및 시클로헥산올을 포함하는 수용액으로부터 포름산을 부분적으로 또는 전체적으로 제거하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 분해 촉매가 산화아연 또는 산화칼슘, 또는 이들 모두를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 분해를 100 내지 400℃에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 분해를 고정층 또는 현탁 분해 촉매상에서 연속식으로 수행하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 포름산, 시클로헥산온 및 시클로헥산올을 포함하는 수용액이 수성 스크러빙 액체를 사용하여 산소 또는 산소 함유 가스에 의한 시클로헥산의 산화에서 얻어진 생성물 가스 혼합물의 추출 및 이 방식으로 얻어진 카르복실산 수용액의 증류에 의해 얻어지는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 포름산을(a) 포름산 3 내지 6 중량%,(b) 시클로헥산올 0.1 내지 2 중량%,(c) 시클로헥산온 0.1 내지 2 중량%, 및(d) 물 92 내지 96.8 중량%를 포함하는 수용액으로부터 제거하는 방법.
- (i) 시클로헥산의 산화에서 얻어진 생성물 가스 혼합물을 수성 스크러빙 액체를 사용하여 추출하여 카르복실산을 포함하는 수용액을 얻는 단계,(ii) 단계 (i)에서 얻어진 카르복실산을 포함하는 수용액을 증류에 의해 포름산, 시클로헥산온 및 시클로헥산올과 함께 추가 소수의 유기 성분을 포함하는 수용액, 및 카르복실산 혼합물로 분리하고, 상기 카르복실산 혼합물은 통상의 방식으로 더 가공하여 1,6-헥산디올을 제공할 수 있는 단계,(iii) 포름산을, 분해 촉매로서 산화성 또는 비산화성 지지체상의 2, 4, 5, 12 또는 14족 금속, 또는 이들의 조합의 염기성 금속 산화물 또는 8 내지 11족의 귀금속상에서 분해시킴으로써, 단계 (ii)에서 얻어진 포름산, 시클로헥산온 및 시클로헥산올을 포함하는 수용액으로부터 포름산을 부분적으로 또는 전체적으로 제거하는 단계, 및(iv) 단계 (iii)에서 얻어진 시클로헥산온 및 시클로헥산올을 포함하는 수용액을 추가 가공하여 엡실론-카프로락탐을 제공하거나, 또는단계 (iii)에서 얻어진 시클로헥산온 및 시클로헥산올을 포함하는 수용액을 단계 (i)에서의 스크러빙 액체로서 사용하는 단계를 포함하는, 시클로헥산 산화의 반응 생성물의 추가 가공 방법.
