Claims (16)
- 알지네이트 쉘 비드를 이용하여 농업용 유용 미생물을 캡슐화하는 방법에 있어서,NaOH 용액에 알긴산을 용해시키고 pH 7.0-7.5로 맞추어 알지네이트 용액을 제조하는 단계;상기 알지네이트 용액에 농업용 유용 미생물로서 Serratia plymuthica A21-4 또는 Psudomonas fluorescens B16의 고추 역병 방제균을 부유시키는 단계;부유시킨 알지네이트 용액을 LC 저압펌프로 CaCl2 용액 0.1 M에 1 시간 동안 천천히 떨어뜨려 구형 비드를 형성하는 단계;얻어진 구형 비드를 교반 및 수세하는 단계;수세된 비드에 키토산을 넣고 교반하여 1차 코팅하는 단계;코팅된 비드를 실리카 용액으로 교반시켜 2차 코팅하는 단계; 및얻어진 코팅물을 수세하여 3 ~ 5 ㎜ 직경의 알지네이트/키토산 기반 수화젤을 수득하는 단계; 를 포함하여 이루어지고,상기 전체 공정은 4℃ 온도에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유용 농업미생물의 내한발성 생존력을 개선시키는 알지네이트 쉘 비드를 이용한 농업용 유용 미생물의 캡슐화방법

- 알지네이트 쉘 비드를 이용하여 농업용 유용 미생물을 캡슐화하는 방법에 있어서,상기 농업용 유용 미생물로서 Serratia plymuthica A21-4 또는 Psudomonas fluorescens B16의 고추 역병 방제균을 염화바륨 용액에 섞은 후 알지네이트를 용해시킨 용액에 공기중 분사장치를 이용하여 실린지 펌프 속도 18 ~ 18.6 ml/h 및 4.5 ~ 5.5 LPM AIR의 조건하에 분사하는 단계;얻어진 수백 마이크론 사이즈 캡슐을 CaCl2 용액 0.1 M에 1 시간 동안 천천히 떨어뜨려 구형 비드를 형성하는 단계;얻어진 비드를 교반 및 수세하는 단계:수세된 비드에 키토산을 넣고 교반하여 1차 코팅시키는 단계;코팅된 비드를 실리카 용액으로 교반시켜 2차 코팅하는 단계; 및얻어진 비드를 수세하여 400 ㎛ ~ 1 ㎜ 직경의 알지네이트/키토산 기반 수화젤을 수득하는 단계;를 포함하여 이루어지고,상기 전체 공정은 4℃ 온도에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유용 농업미생물의 내한발성 생존력을 개선시키는 알지네이트 쉘 비드를 이용한 농업용 유용 미생물의 캡슐화 방법
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 Serratia plymuthica A21-4는 NR 배지에서 콜로니 수가 3 × 109 CFU/ml 되도록 배양하여 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 Psudomonas fluorescens B16는 NR 배지에서 콜로니 수가 2 × 109 CFU/ml 되도록 배양하여 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법
