Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- 충방전이 가능한 양극/분리막/음극 구조의 전극조립체로서, 두 전극의 상단보다 돌출되어 연장되어 있는 분리막을 일측 방향으로 절곡한 상태에서 열처리를 행하여 절곡 상태를 고정시키고 상기 절곡면 상에 절연성 코팅층을 형성하는 것으로 구성되어 있는 전극조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 분리막은 전극 상단으로부터 1.5 mm 내지 3 mm의 길이로 돌출되도록 연장되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극조립체.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 전극 중 음극의 상단이 양극의 상단보다 더 돌출되어 있고, 상기 분리막은 음극의 상단으로부터 돌출되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 열처리 고정은 분리막 소재의 유리전이온도 이상 내지 융점 이하의 온도에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 절연성 코팅층은 당해 절연성 물질의 용융물을 절곡된 분리막의 상단부에 부가한 후 고화시켜 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극조립체.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 용융물은 분리막의 소재와 동일한 고분자 수지로서 폴리올레핀 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 전극조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 절연성 코팅층은 1 mm 내지 3 mm의 두께로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전극조립체는 젤리-롤형 전극조립체 또는 스택형 전극조립체인 것을 특징으로 하는 전극조립체.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 하나에 따른 전극조립체를 포함하는 것으로 구성된 이차전지.
