Claims (16)
- 제 1 항 있어서, C5 -7 탄화수소 고리가 포화 탄화 수소 고리인 화합물.
- 제 1 항 있어서, C5 -7 탄화수소 고리가 불포화 탄화 수소 고리인 화합물.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 포화 탄화수소 고리가 시클로펜탄 고리, 시클로헥산 고리 및 노르보난 고리로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 화합물.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 불포화 탄화수소 고리가 시클로펜텐 고리, 시클로헥센 고리 및 노르보넨 고리로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 화합물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 화합물에 함유되어 있는 20% 이상의 수소 원자가 중수소 원자인 화합물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 화합물에 함유되어 있는 40% 이상의 수소 원자가 중수소 원자인 화합물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 화합물에 함유되어 있는 경수소 원자의 총 수가 15 이하인 화합물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, R4에 함유되어 있는 10% 이상의 수소 원자가 중수소 원자인 화합물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, R4에 함유되어 있는 경수소 원자의 총 수가 12 이하인 화합물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, R4가 트리시클로[5.2.1.02,6]데실기이고, R4에 함유되어 있는 하나 이상의 수소 원자가 중수소 원자인 화합물.
- 하기 화학식 1에 의해 나타내어진 화합물의 제조 방법에 있어서, 상기 방법이 하나 이상의 수소 원자가 중수소 원자인, 노르보난 고리의 2 및 3 위치 또는 5 및 6 위치에 C5~7 탄화수소 고리가 축합된 축합 고리기를 가진 알콜을, 하기 화학식 2에 의해 나타내어진 화합물과 반응시키는 것을 포함하는 방법:[화학식 1](식 중, R1 및 R2는 각각 중수소 또는 경수소 원자를 나타내며, R3는 중수소 또는 경수소 원자, 또는 3개의 수소 원자들이 각각 중수소 또는 경수소 원자인 메틸기를 나타내며, R4은 노르보난 고리의 2 및 3 위치 또는 5 및 6 위치에 C5~7 탄화수소 고리가 축합된 축합 고리기를 나타내며, 단 축합 고리기에 함유되어 있는 하나 이상의 수소 원자가 중수소 원자임);[화학식 2](식 중, R1 및 R2는 각각 중수소 또는 경수소 원자를 나타내며, R3는 중수소 또는 경수소 원자, 또는 3개의 수소 원자들이 각각 중수소 원자 또는 경수소 원자인 메틸기를 나타내며, X는 할로겐 원자, 히드록시기 또는 알콕시기를 나타냄).
- 제 1 항의 화합물을 포함하는 조성물의 중합화에 의해 제조되는 중합체.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 중합체에 함유되어 있는 50% 이상의 수소 원자가 중수소 원자인 중합체.
- 제 13 항의 중합체로 형성된 영역을 포함하는 광학 부재.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 910nm에서의 흡광도가, 모든 수소 원자가 경수소 원자인 것만을 제외하고는 동일한 구조를 가진 중합체의 50% 이하인 광학 부재.
